Beautiful resort with very clean rooms and awesome views. Hots springs are very nice. Dont forget to explore club Rio down below. There is a ton of free stuff to do that they dont really tell you about. We almost missed out.

My sister had her wedding here May 26, 2018. Annie the wedding coordinator was so sweet and very helpful. She made this wedding possible with all her help. The resort was so clean and beautiful. Everyone had fun and we enjoyed the wedding at the resort.

Best vacation I have ever been on while staying at The Springs Resort and Spa. The food was great at all of the restaurants. Las Ventanas restaurant the food was exquisite. The rooms are beautiful. The only thing I would say is they need new mattresses. The swim up bar pool area is so fantastic. All of the hot springs are so relaxing. The view of the volcano is breath taking. All of the activities/ tours were so fun. The tubing with Club Rio was great. The staff is so nice, very welcoming and helpful. I loved Costa Rica and will definitely return to this resort.

This resort is a magical paradise! The hot springs feel amazing. The staff is extremely accommodating. Prices for food and drink are normal for a nice resort. No this isn't a all inclusive, that's ok though. Mr Lee Banks has done a wonderful Job, and we'll be back!

This place is the best! We really enjoyed our vacation here and highly recommend it. The staff, food, spa etc was great and the views were amazing. Such an awesome spot for the entire family.

We came here with a day pass (the night rates were way out of our budget). This is by far the best deal for an all-day hot springs facility in La Fortuna, when you consider the additional expenses involved (locker, etc. ) Plus they had a 2-day-for-1 deal option (wish we had been in the area one more day). Besides the many, many hot springs pools ranging in temperatures from the 90s to the 100s, they have a whole other area we couldn't get to, with lots of outdoor options that are included in the day pass price.

This is a gorgeous place. Very kid friendly but not just over ran with kids. The in pool (hot springs) bar is very good and not only can get drinks from it but meals as well! The staff is so friendly and lively! 10/10 recommend this resort to anyone.

Just beautiful! Reasonable rate for a five star hot Springs in the midst of the super nice jungle. Too bad it rained so no view on the volcano. The activities proposed are nice and well framed I highly recommend.

The best of the area. A luxury. Natural thermal pools (many) in innosipit areas, excellent service, view of The Arenal volcano, activities for the whole family.

Huge, gorgeous resort. Many hot springs of varying temperatures with romantic private coves. 5 star service and very nice rooms with a spectacular view. However, it feels very commercial and like they're trying to wring every penny from you (in a subtle way)

Incredible hotel. Hot springs for pools are amazing. Incredible views from the balcony, with enormous rooms. Staff go all out to make you feel welcome. Tubing was good fun although staff could tell you to bring shoes as unable to rent (contrary to website).

This resort is magical in so many ways. I could spend hours talking about all the things I love, but you really have to experience it yourself. It’s perfect for a honeymoon, anniversary or just a family vacation. I promise there is no resort like The Spring resort and spa. So many wonderful memories. I highly recommend this resort.

Great place to spend the day. I recommend the pass for 2 days. One to dedicate to activities and games and the other for the different thermal pools.

This place is out of this world. Just simply amazing. The waterfalls are a dream. Great service, the food is fresh and really good. The breakfast are amazing. The staff is always happy and super friendly. If you have the chance to stay in a villa this ones are super big and completely comfortable, you can have your own pool and full view to the volcano. Just excellent super luxurious place.

Cozy rooms. Burning hot tubs. Slides, game rooms, activities, and more funnnnnnn. This beautiful place has it all.

The two day pass was really good value compared to other hot springs. The resort has great service and the staff is super friendly. They provide towel service and showers with over 13 different hot springs, the hottest being 104°F. There arw also pool tables, fooseball, video games lounge and plenty of board games to keep you entertained. Loved our experience there and would definitely go back!

I would give 10 stars if I could. One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever been to, and I travel a lot. Every part of this hotel, rooms, reception area, gardens, is tastefully decorated. You feel like you are in a tropical paradise. Multi level pools are gorgeous with some of them feeding directly from the hot springs, others with waterfalls, and some private small pools tucked away from common areas. All this with a commanding view of the volcano from everywhere in the hotel makes it a perfect vacation experience.

I have been here 3 times. They are due for new beds and to clean the the upper windows. It is a beautiful resort.

This is probably the nicest hotel around. We went for a day trip to the hot springs and I was blown away with the size and quality of this resort. The hot springs were amazing and the swim up bar was very convenient.

The Springs is one of those rare resorts that does everything right. The rooms, the view, the food, the service, the people… Every aspect is top-notch! There's plenty to do in the day, and wonderful warm springs pools to go and relax in the evenings. This is the best place by far to go and experience the Arenal area with all it has to offer. The Springs is my new standard of excellence in resorts, and I most definitely want to return here again!

We stayed at The Springs for our honeymoon per a friend's recommendation. What a great property! The rooms were spacious with beautiful views of the Arenal volcano. There were a lot of hot springs and pools everywhere to enjoy as well as the fun Monkey slide! The service was amazing. The property is super clean and all the staff goes out of their way to assist with all your needs. The only reason I didn't give five stars was we felt that the food wasn't as great as we have had at other resorts. One other suggestion would be to have one or two evenings featuring some live music for guests to come together and enjoy. We would recommend this place to others and really enjoyed our stay!

Road to resort is pretty extreme (not necessarily a good thing). Food was nothing to really talk about and a bit over priced for ordinary food. Our room smelt of mold (100 level in ground). The Springs & pools were great. The staff was fabulous. I highly recommend a 200 level room or higher. I would recommend this place if you are satisfied with staying on premises most of the time.

It is in nice quiet place lots of vegetation near the fortune. I recommend it is super fine and cute. Pure air is breathed.

Terrific place to go for hot springs. It's not as crowded as other places and the 2 day pass is only $50 and includes tour of their animal refuge.

Stopped here to swim in the hot springs with a tour group after seeing the volcano. The place was amazing. Make sure you go off the beaten path to the Pietro? springs as they are much cooler than the main set of pools. (Rock water slide, completely surrounded by jungle, etc. ).

Recommend it too cute very rich in mineral springs.

My wife and I are still talking about The Springs Resort about 1 year later. We recommend to everyone. Love the SPA, Springs, Adventure, Beauty and Tranquility. Excellent service in room service, poolside and concierge. This is paradise and the people made it even better! Thank You, Jesus for this beautiful getaway.
