Friendly staff… clean rooms, full breakfast included… great view from rooms. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

It is a nice hotel in Alajuela, Costa Rica. Serving groups of foreign tourists with much professionalism.

Gorgeous location! The villas were spacious and comfortable. Great spot and not too far from the airport but high enough up for great temperatures and an incredible view!

Look back on our December trip. Only thing different is we brought our daughters and stayed in the villa which had spectacular views of San Jose!

Found this hotel by throwing a dart at a dartboard. Needed a place to stay the night before we left San Jose. What a beautiful hotel. Beautiful grounds. Extremely well maintained. Very eco-friendly.

Great view, good environment, good starting point from or to the airport. The restaurant looks very uncomfortable and is insanely expensive. We ate somewhere else.

A lovely little hotel that's really convenient for accessing San Jose airport — they even offer a free shuttle service to/from the airport which I suggest using if you arrive after dark. Stayed here at both the beginning and end of our travels to Costa Rica and it was a genuine joy to return at the end of our trip. Our family stayed in Villa 1 (great for 4 people). Very clean, spacious and with very comfortable beds. This villa seemed a little more detached from the others, making it feel rather private and enjoyed a lovely view. Breakfast is good and included in the price — plate of fruit, followed by eggs, potatoes or rice and beans, a good amount of toast and jam, banana bread, fruit juice and coffee/tea. Aside from breakfast, the restaurant isn't great if I'm honest, but there are a few decent restaurants nearby so if you aren't jetlagged I suggest venturing out. Would definitely recommend this hotel — it is charming, very comfortable and a good location for onward travel.

Nice & clean rooms, friendly staff, colorful garden, big breakfast. Stayed 2 nights befor flying to Tambor.

Only stayed for one night (our last before our flight home). Hotel, rooms & grounds were very nice. View from our balcony was also nice. Dinner at the restaurant was just ok — the menu is limited and the food was good, but not great. Our only real concern was the street noise. Many loud motorcycles and several barking dogs throughout the night. We chose this place to avoid the hustle and bustle nearer San Jose' or the airport and except for the noise, it was a pretty good choice.

For all the same reasons others have given, this is a very nice hotel.

Spent our last night in Costa Rica here. The beds were wonderfully soft, the grounds had a nice walking trail and beautiful view of the city. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was also nice. Definitely a very nice place to end our wonderful trip to Costa Rica.

A wonderful place to relax and rest. Staff are wonderful, English is spoken well enough by all. Restaurant is very good, most food seems fresh. There is attention to detail in all aspects of the hotel.
