For the price, this was a completely adequate place to stay if you have an early flight out of San Jose. It was clean and pleasant with friendly staff.

Very close to the airport. Simple, old, but clean with very pleasant service. If you are coming late, you will not be able to buy anything to eat (just beer and chips). Breakfast very good, but not included in the price (6$).

Clean basic room and very correct bed! On the other hand it is not worth $70 passage of the road so very noisy and I did well specify to need the Wi-Fi because I absolutely have to work and conexion ultra bad cut without buttock and CA ream serious! So I change the hotel for the 2nd night! I've known better and cheaper.

It was an okay stay. Very small room, worn out single mattress, yet I found it so comfortable! Delicious breakfast served and included in price! Clean rooms, nice linens and towels. Hot showers, but not the most consistent water pressure. AC worked great, my room was very quiet. I just felt like $68 was too much to pay for what I got. (My only real negative… felt more like it should have been $40). Wifi was pretty good, pool/patio out back was nice. Extremely nice staff. :) Some of them don't speak English, but I got by! I felt safe here. The hotel is gated. Restaurant on-site had amazing pizza, which was great when it was late and I was hungry. No refrigerator in room, but they kept my leftovers in the kitchen for me.

BEWARE BOOKING AT THIS HOTEL! My husband and I had a very horrible experience with this hotel! We booked online threw Expedia, the incorrect amount of nights was mistakenly booked. We noticed the error immediately and contacted Expedia to get the correct booking dates. Expedia reached out to the hotel by phone and email 3 separate times, they would not respond to Expedia emails and Sylvia the contact person would put them on hold and then hand up on them. I decided to try and reach out to the Hotel, so I emailed Sylvia only to get a responses saying I needed to contact them directly. So I called Sylvia by phone and she would only say I needed to contact her threw email which we had done four times! In other words, she was blowing us off, this went on for a week. The last time I tried to contact her they had blocked my phone number. So just be leery of staying at this hotel, if they are this unprofessional I would hate for them to have my credit card information.

The pizza is really good. The rooms are OK but don't have a refrigerator. As far a location goes, it's very close to the airport but there isn't a whole lot within walking distance of the hotel.

WATCH OUT! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! 1 one small error and it can cost you big time with no way to tell if it is your fault, the hotel or expedia. Can't change dates by 10 days of booking in 3 months time as expedia says not allowed. Hotel say can but must do it through expedia, which says you cant. They then ignore any email communication to try to fix the problem.

Good and simple place, very nice and comfortable. Low cost. Recommend.

We had a number of problems with this place. I would never recommend it. Here is a pro and con list: Pro: — It's cheaper than the Holiday express which is closer to the airport. But you get what you pay for. Con: — Only had double bed. — The lock on our room door didn't work so we couldn't lock it when we left. — It is very close to the airport, so close in fact that jets pass overhead at less than 1000 feet as they land. — It is located in a very bad part of town, probably related to being so close to the airport. — While I didn't see any evidence of bedbugs, I did notice that our room had had them at some point in the past because I found the characteristic marks on the mattress. — The AC barely worked. We had to run it full force all night and this was very noisy. — There is no good places to eat anywhere with in walking distance, or we couldn't find them. — We didn't even have a trash can in the room. — The room we had was to small for even a chair. So there was only a double bed and a night stand.
