Right now I'm located in the, at the time of arriving only 2 people in reception, for more than 50 people, the rooms are delivered with TV without control, the same the air conditioning, we arrived last night and have not yet given us towels. The food was bad, disorganized, the service lousy, less than a year ago we were here and we had seemed better, there is an obvious deterioration of the location, service, food and the most serious management, as they are not interested. They only focus on selling and promises that they fail.

The hotel itself is very comfortable, its facilities and landscapes make one fall in love with this beautiful island, I complain of the attention of the bartenders or the people of the Kitchen excellent service, which damages the qualification of this hotel is the administrative area and logistics Its attention is lousy, my room without TV channels and the worst is that when I put the claim the answer was always the same, and we send someone to fix but never came nobody needs to change that area urgently.

The hotel is very cute but has problems like poor attention on the part of the staff, as on many occasions some of the workers were rude to me just because I asked simple questions like "Where is the restaurant? Or can I order another piña Colada? ". It should be noted that the plan I paid was absolutely included, but perhaps as they saw that I am a young man of only 24, they believed that they could deny me some services as if I were a child who did not pay and was there for free. With regard to food and drinks, everything I found very rich, the place is nice and I loved the fact that I could jump off the trampoline and be able to swim with fish, as the sea is literally about 8 meters.

The site is nice but its location is very unfavourable, it is far from everything, regarding the Hotel service I must say that everything in general is regular. In our room there were no towels and touched requesting them countless times. The food in the buffet is not very varied.

It is a hotel that has a great location however the management of it is lousy: the pieces has a light in the entrance that does not reach to illuminate the entire room and on top of that is yellow, in my personal case when I entered the room for the first time the floor It was dirty and stained.
Not all of the rooms have air conditioning and all the details of the room how the whole hotel are of low quality finishes.
Finally I want to emphasize that the food is expected of a 3 star hotel however the food area does not have capacity for all the inhabitants of the hotel and the "snacks" are the leftover food from breakfast and lunch.
I understand that it is not a luxury hotel and that in San Andrés most things are brought by plane and boat, so it is very expensive to administer a place, however there are good examples and hopefully they will be able to generate a better experience for the price you have for this hotel!

No respetan las reservas, a última hora cambian a hoteles de la misma cadena de mas baja calidad, si tienes suerte te entregan la habitación a las 6 pm. Es un absoluto desorden administrativo. En las habitaciones no hay presión de agua, el TV solo recibe un canal. La comida es de baja calidad y repetitiva y si no llegas temprano no hay mesa ni comuda. Queda muy retirado del centro de la ciudad y no cuenta con playa, la piscina que da al mar está en reparación. En conclusión no dan lo que se ofrece. This hotel is a long way from the main activities in San Andrés, almost that to do any activity you have to pay for bus. The rooms at the entrance are very ugly and with little toilet. Overall the care is not good (except for 2 or 3 people who if they attend well). The tours they offer are not clear as to what they include and what they do not. Although the food is buffet style, it is not of good quality and there is also no real variety. It is more advisable to look for a hotel in the center of San Andrés.
Pdta: regarding the rooms, if there are good rooms, but they accommodate it to a principled one in which they seem like, usually being one of those unpleasant rooms that have a motel face.

We Went from the 19th to the 24th of December 2017 and our experience was not unpleasant on the contrary we had a lot of fun. We did well at the hotel with the staff there working, in the lodging, the restaurant that are two, the swimming pool, the Lazy river, the bar and even in the sea that is in front of the hotel, we toured the island by car, in bus in short we were well Of soon applied… As you are and how you behave they treat you.

Excellent Hotel Obviously for people who go in plan relax, not a five star so its price is economical then there is no reason to complain, the food is delicious, the attention is reception is varied, there are people too formal, others not so much. The Lazy River is fun and has a nice pool area. I recommend it! The staff is nice but very disorganized. It took 5 people to check me in when I've already prepaid via Travelocity. The food is awful and does not give you many options. Lunch is served between 12-2:30pm and if you don't get there by 12, you will literally be eating sliced tomatoes and white rice.

The worst hotel ever. All inclusive LIARS! This can't even be a one star hotel in my opinion. Mold growing on the room walls, cracked breadboard (if that's what you call it) dirty sheets, I slept with my clothes on! Were in the hotel to end of the month of June, really am in accordance with all is a scam, went in family and request two rooms a for four people and a for two people with a baby, in the room of the baby was dark and the smell to wet was terrible, by what request change of room because the baby suffers of them lungs, sent us to another in equal condition, then I play to apply changed and was not sent to a room where they played walk several minutes to get this room windows could not be opened, the air conditioned two nights did and never handed over control, the other room, the smell of the bathroom trap was terrible played open window so you calm down.

The so-called slow River which has the hotel is empty for repairs in high season. The pool was dirty and sincerely I gave fear put me to this by his dubious maintenance. Food is regular but what is unprecedented is the extensive row we had to do to reach some food because you had to wait long time if something of the buffet abate. The rooms are regular but it worst is it much that have that walk to get to these.
Unfortunately they are not vacation to remember but to forget.

I loved my trip to san Andres I cared at the hotel beach is myy great hotel and very clean comfortable and has a restaurant that your want to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner.

We were in the happy hotel between 21 and 24 December. We arrived at 5:30 p. M. And the lobby was crowded with people, so we attended to the checkin at 6. The hotel in general is very nice, rodadero and trampoline is the best thing that hotel has.
The view from the terrace is beautiful.
When you toss in the rodadero and if you swim you can feed the fish.
When we buy all inclusive plan Onvacation, the seller insisted that the beach was 15 minutes from the hotel which is a lie! to go to the Beach plays taxi and as we were 8 people they charged US 25, 000, meaning that for every day that we wanted to go and return from the Beach had a cost of 50, 000.
