I have had the opportunity to visit the place before and had not had any bad experience, but Mother's Day was the last straw, we made a reservation the week before the date and arrived on time at the restaurant, we were accommodated at the table and we never got the order after 3 hours of waiting. I find it disrespectful because they attended a table that came long after us and had no table let alone reserve.
For an event like Mother's Day they should have trained staff and offer the venue if they can cover an event like these. Many people left without eating that day and it is not just any day for a change.
Nothing recommended for events this place.

They do not respect the reservations because you arrive at the place and nobody answers you, however the service is taken… some waiters are very friendly, the chief waiter has an unwise attitude if you talk about customer service, cold dishes and have the brazing to charge the decoration! that there never was… and tip! it is rescued that the Place is very beautiful.

Lousy service, too expensive, the food is very regular, the chief waiter does not know what customer service is, the reservation you make is not respected, the truth is a fraud the site, the only good thing is the landscape and that because it does not depend on the administrators IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
