One of the best hotels in Santa Rosa, they comply with the schedule, nice and comfortable rooms, I like that they are colonial style rooms, in reception they help you find what you need either from a bottle of water to medicines or food delivery, the breakfast very rich and a plus for me in the service is that they take breakfast to the room. I really recommend it. Ahh and as for the plan of the termales de santa rosa they themselves make the reservation you just relax and show up at the hot springs and that's it.

It's the worst of the hotels. Dirty, bad foul, the doors have no security, has parking for 2 cars and is terrible to enter the car there, risk damaging the car, no hot water and does not work WI FI.
