I must admit it is a fairly clean and organized hotel, the rooms are very spacious, they have a good attention to detail, in my opinion there would be two great things to improve, 1: the rooms facing the street do not have a good noise isolation, which makes one wake up early in the morning by the whistles and noisy engines of buses and motorcycles.
2: Cry out to have hot water, and at night served well (1am) but at the time of the truth, (which is in the morning) at no time the water came out hot, but only cold, and this leaves a doubt the ability to provide hot water to bathe. I must point out that the two times after I returned, the hot water worked perfectly!

Clean room, very clean bathroom which is very important to me, a good breakfast, good attention from the staff, close to the terminal and the center of Pereira, besides that the area is very busy, also handle menus of restaurants for lunch and dinner Which they address to the hotel.
If I would return since the truth there is very good relationship between price and service.

I have ear plug with me. It is ok. Clean room, clean and comfy bed, bed linen. But very very noise street and bad isolation of windows. If you have deep sleep or ear plug with you, than you will enjoy the very good price / performance rate. If not, you just wont sleep good.

I can say that it is the hotel of the 3 "B" : Good, nice and cheap, the care is excellent and the location close to everything, yet not walked a lot, mainly I was in the sector Circunvalar, where you can walk quiet and with the phone in hand without fear that you are going to steal or something like that, you can eat pizza, drink coffee and craft beer while enjoying the tour. By the way the hotel has parking and breakfast.
