Located 5 minutes from the walled city by car. The nearby beaches are not very attractive (I recommend walking around the islands). It's close to the airport. Classic breakfast from Central America, starts 07:30 hs. (Late). No yogurt, unstable cheese, sweetener. Hotel 3-4 stars. Friendly staff. If you are overlooking the sea, a lot of noise down the avenue, it is common in Cartagena that they honk horn.

The attention at reception and the guy who works up the suitcases is good, but the food service is lousy, very sloppy, very very slow, takes almost an hour to serve the food and outside of that do not listen to the instructions from the customer, I asked for a steak well roasted, came almost an hour later and everything raw, and outside of the fact I looked at q I wanted to kill him by q does not accept them as well.

Excellent value for money for Cartagena. Well placed, very close to the historic centre, opposite the beach with a swimming pool on the 7th floor. But complete disorganization of the lobby, a 20 min wait for the check in… restaurant too noisy but correct kitchen.

It was very good attention. The only thing they should improve on is the noise in the rooms that was infernal. You could hear everything on the street. And the buffet breakfast vary more and offer more options.

It was an ok place to stay when we had an extended layover. Bit of a walk to the old city but close to a beach and the airport. Staff was very friendly.

The worst experience, be prepared to shower with cold water, because the hotel does not have hot water service, the second floor is even worse the water of the sink and toilet leaked and our clothes ended up swimming in disposable water, we did a reservation to rosario islands with the hotel, and they told us someone will pick us up the following day, it did not happen because they forgot to make the reservation with the tour agency, the hotel paid us a taxi to the shore to try to redeem their mistake but we ended up sun burned for two more hours because of the hotel mistake. When we asked them if we were going to have some kind of refund or at least a “we are sorry for your vacations ruined by us” by the manager they told us exactly these words “these are the services that this hotel provides, we will not give you anything, sorry” So if you feel like throwing your money and vacations to the toilet, this is the perfect place, and sure an smelly one!

Clean friendly, good food. Great views from the roof, nice pool. But very basic, no hot water, iron, frig, hair dryer. I woke up one morning with my eyes burning, I think from a chlorine spill on the roof.
