Wonderful hotel, our room was tucked back in the corner of the first floor so very convenient but also quiet. Ammenaties were good, comfortable bedding and very clean. The staff were always attentive and happy. There are two pools, the first floor pool is cooler and protected from the midday sun. The third floor pool warmer and a pleasure at night (closes at 8). The old City is easily walkable with many restaurants, shops and other attractions in a short distance.

Very good. People how work here are very nice and helpfull, Rooms are clean and beds are nice.

Can't fault this place what so ever Staff are awesome, well located in nice part of town, rooms well maintained and a really good social vibe! Possibly some organised activity on the daily from here would take them. Leaps and bounds past the competition.

Very well located in the walled city. Very comfortable, quiet and cool. Next to the church of Santa Toribio which by the way is very beautiful.

Nice little hotel. A little overpriced for what it is. Though has a comfortable quirkiness that works in a kind of homey way. Friendly, hospitable staff. Great location in the heart of the old city. Will come back again.

Excelete location in the historic center, room that I touch with balcony to the street, comfortable but small, equal for the price is more than good and with breakfast that is very complete, in the corner there are 3 supermarkets.

It is a beautiful hotel, close to the clock tower located in the historic center, there are several very good nearby bars. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The pool is very small but the area is very nice with a My da Vista.

Great place, relatively cheap for what you get. Breakfast is yummy and included. Staff are nice, and location is great. They will not let you have guests, so make sure your entire party is staying in the same hotel.

Beautiful restored house, located in the historical center, everything is close, supermarket, pharmacy, tours, squares, handicrafts, totally recommended.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in an amazing location, walkable to any location in the walled city and Getsemaní. The staff is very friendly and helpful (and speak excellent English). They helped us arrange in-room massages and an ATV tour and offered information on other guided tours as well.
We enjoyed the rooftop pool to cool off, along with the comfortable lounge chairs under the pergola.

I booked this hotel back in August 2023 after reading many reviews for my hubby birthday trip. We were very happy with this place, Benjamin and James were very nice and helpful. We were on the first floor room 100. Big large room with comfortable King size bed. They went above and beyond to make our stay from 2/4 to 2/10 absolutely relaxing and comfortable. The hotel is closed by many attractions, restaurants, shops and stores. The location was perfect!

Stayed one night between Christmas and NYE and the rooms were nice, the rooftop pool area had a great view, and the staff were super friendly. We felt safe in the hotel and walking around at night.

I stayed here with my partner for a friends wedding and it was extremely comfortable. At the time I went the city was having issues with water, no water in many restaurants and other hotels; Casa Cordoba always had water with great water pressure and temperature. The bed was extremely comfortable I only had a good nights sleep. Staff were amazing and kind, breakfast that was included was delicious. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owners husband and had a pleasant conversation with him.

This was our first time visiting Cartagena and honestly thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was gorgeous, and well maintained. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful when it came to answering my questions.
Appreciated the air conditioned room, appreciated the closeness to the pool. Definitely recommend eating at Epoca Cafe, which is connected to the hotel. Friendly staff, great service, excellent food.

I stayed here for about 5 nights while visiting Cartagena for a friend's wedding. I highly recommend staying here. Casa del Arzobispado is beautiful from the pool to the small details. The breakfast included was soooo good every morning, and staff were incredibly kind and helpful to me as a solo traveler. I also appreciated the security of having staff monitoring the entry door to the property and lobby late at night.

We stayed here as a couple for 5 nights and could not say enough positive things! The most amazing stay at this hotel. Staff were amazing and so friendly. The room was comfortable and had all you need. Breakfast was simple and perfect. The roof even felt almost private and was so relaxing! Location was central to everything and quiet even though lots happening around at night. Will definitely return if back in Cartagena! Thank you Hotel Casa La Fe!

We just got back from three nights at Hotel Casa la Fe, and our experience couldn't have been better. We absolutely loved being in the middle of the old town, steps away from everything. Honestly, I think my favourite thing about the old town was just walking out the front door and exploring the nearby streets.
Even before we arrived at the hotel, William was prompt and courteous, sending us notifications and asking how he could help.

My wife picked this quaint hotel and we couldn't have been more pleased. Wonderful staff members, quiet and peaceful rooms. We sipped Champaign in the rooftop jacuzzi and enjoyed gorgeous Cartegna sunsets. Just steps away from all the shops and restaurants!

Had a wonderful time at the Cartujita with my girlfriend. We loved the location, the beautiful look of the hotel and the wonderful staff. After flight delays and cancellations we ended up staying our first night in Cartagena here instead of our first 2 nights. We stayed at another hotel which was ok and luckily since there was availability we ended up coming back to Cartujita for our last night. We loved how quiet the rooms are from the outside noises, the comfy beds and the great staff.
