The room had closed windows that did not look outside, so the place had poor ventilation and unpleasant smells. The poor maintenance and lack of toilet were evident, we even had to kill an insect that was in the bathroom.
For these reasons we changed hotels in advance, informing the staff of this. However, they lied about it to Take off. Com, saying we did not report our departure from the hotel and that they would not refund any of the money.
DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, in case you go request to check the rooms before, since most have these problems, but the hotel does not report the lack of windows.

Dreadful, the door of the room did not close well, and one morning a drunk stranger entered it. From the front desk they were seeing everything and did nothing. I didn't even call to see if we were okay. Lousy. There was no Wi-Fi in the room. Objects appeared in the room that weren't ours. A disaster. Painful.

The Marina Suites Hotel is quite nice, when we arrived Nós received Super good and the best thing is that it is located one block from the beach of Bocagrande. The Hotel and the rooms are small, but in all there is air conditioning, plus every day they do toilet, which on my staff, is the most important thing about a hotel. The Hotel offers breakfast that although it is not buffet type there is a variety of dishes (cereals, sandwiches, eggs to taste and arepas with ham and cheese). The Hotel is available 24 hours a day with water, coffee and aromatics. I would recommend It very much and would definitely go back.

Also Very weird That I couldn't take My Room Key With Me,,, the Little safe Box in the room Was broken,,, The Worst. The Only thing I can tell, The Staff from the Front Desk was very nice.

Very good service. Rooms and meals with air conditioning. The breakfast is very rich you make the egg and give you fruit and everything else is self-service as the juice, the coffee, the bread.

We arrived at 2pm, knowing that we had to check in at 3pm. We went to get something to drink… we came Back at 3pm. And it took over 1 hour to deliver the room. Not the they list. A lack of respect.

A cozy place to stay in Cartagena!

It is a small hotel. But with very good service and toilet. I highly recommend it.
