My first InterContiental and my last. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. The glass was broken in the door. When we asked to change rooms. We were denied. When we asked for someone to fix it no one ever did after repeated requests. The window glass from the dinning room is also broken near the pool. A very very poorly built hotel. It looks like no one looked over the constructors work. There were also chips out of the center table in the room. You can’t drink the water in this hotel. The hotel will only give you two small bottles and every other bottle is $10 usd. Such a rip off. This hotel is also way too far from the action of the city.
