The hotel is very cozy, the atmosphere is very quiet and beautiful, special for business trip, romantic couples and group of friends, because the location is very convenient.
Its restaurant "Tacna" has an excellent menu menu and delicious food… I recommend the cakes of the bar 😋 (yummy) It's so delicious!

Great location, close. The beach, excellent attention to guests, is a hotel with very affordable price price service, impeccable with the toilet. Recommended!. Management has constant contact with the guest trying so to know how one is inside their facilities.

The hotel is in a quiet, perfect location and very close to the beach. The hotel facilities are beautiful! from the lobby to the pool and the amazing rooms, it was much more than we expected. The staff was always very attentive and friendly, the food is delicious and everything is always very clean. We have stayed in large hotel chains here in Cartagena and the Blue Concept has nothing to envy them! On the contrary, with excellent prices like the ones they have, the great service and the modern and beautiful facilities, we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cartagena. Thank you so much for everything!

In my stay all OK, however hire them by means of shipping, I made changes to the reservation and they charge me the night I cancel. They assured me that I would be refunded the money for the night they charged for more and it is dated after a month of my stay that I have not returned my money. They just give me a long time and they don't answer me.

Enjoyed the hotel. Staff was friendly and some spoken English to assist me when my Spainish wasn't correct.

Excellent service, clean rooms, and great location. Only slight downside is the few rooms close to the street noise. I asked to change my room after the first night and the second room was perfect. If you aren’t a light sleeper like me, don’t worry about this since everything else was great. A great value for the price!

It is a hotel very well hibicado in the center of boca grande, near the beach and the bars, restaurant and supermarkets. The people are very quality and the room super comfortable.

WOW! Awesome experience, fabulous room, with large double bed, beautiful pool with private cabana style rooms,, buffet breakfast included, nice treat from hostel stays.

Nice, simple and comfortable. The beds were very good. Excellent pillows! Nice decor, successful combination of colors in the rooms inviting you to immediate relaxation! The staff cute good vibes, very helpful. I recommend it.

Loved this Hotel. Right next to 24 hr store, 2 blocks from Beach, plenty of Restaurants within 5 mins walk. Friendly staff, clean rooms with great A/C and space. Pool area was my Favorite as it was chill with some nice music and great vibe. Breakfast could have been better but for a basic it's what's expected. NOTE: Request room at rear AWAY from super Noisy road. I am a heavy sleeper and was still awakened by chaos throughout night and early morning. Otherwise a great spot.

I liked it so much, I couldn't enjoy the pool because it went out all day. But very good attention, the only q the breakfast should be a bit more varied.

It is a cosy hotel, not very large but with the necessary spaces. The rooms are spacious with good details, hot and cold showers, the restaurant could have more variety of food. The best is the attention of their workers without a doubt. Recommended.

The baddest hotel in Colombia, throughout the stay in reception and other service of the hotel treated a Colombian companion badly with a racist form to her and her family what they did not know was that she is part of Cirque du Soleil.

Without a doubt the worst hotel, the worst experience, I do not recommend it at all, be careful and do not stay in such hotels.

The reservation included breakfast, when we arrived at the hotel said no and they wanted to charge 19000cop per person per night, they did send me an email with the reservation where I said that included breakfast, anyway we did not get it. We Got to the room to bed missing a paw that was fixed on the second day when we were leaving, we were not moved from room either when we reported the inconvenience at reception on the same day of arrival. The mattress is comfortable. The bathroom does not have hand towel, the toiletries they leave are scarce, the shower decoration is nice pity that the water pressure is very poor and there is no hot water, the bath flower throws very little water and cold, in fact it has more pressure the shower of the pool. In relation to the pool can only be used until 20. I Don't recommend it as a hotel.

It could get better. Hotel that clearly has revenue for the rooms. The staff of what you can call restaurant nor say good day just limited to asking room number and if we want hot drinks. One day I was at the pool and came a group of German guys if someone had offered them something to drink sure they bought them, peroooo there was no one. Just once they left me a towel in the bathroom to place as a shower outlet. In summary acceptable place, can mejerorar.

Nice comfortable modern rooms, nice location and super nice price. The staff is helpful when it comes to getting a cab or getting information about tours, restaurants and store's. They also have free breakfast for the guests. Try to get a room away from the street, it is super noiesy in the morning. I do agree with Mr. Gary C. Regarding their policy about not allowing other visitors to come with you day or night.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. Was there for four days and didn't like their policy of not allowing you to bring friends by your room. The shower door wouldn't close properly and they didn't provide a washcloth daily even after my request.

On Monday I wrote to them on their website to book, today I wrote to their email and I still have no response. I chose this hotel for a reference but they don't seem to want guests.

Excellent stay with family. Very nice staff, highly recommended. We use all the spaces of the hotel, from the reception to the impeccable cleanliness and unbeatable service. A pleasure to enjoy the holidays in Blue Concept.

It's a nice place to stay couple of days. Nice staff and the guy from the pool Carmelo amazing always there to help you. Comfy rooms I would stay here anytime.

Great smaller hotel. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room modern and clean. Pool area awesome with lots of chairs, loungers, cabanas with beds and small bar area. Drawbacks were in the room we had no light in hallway where the 2 closets were so at night had to use our flashlight on phone to see. The breakfast was small and no variety from day to day, but it was tasty. The service staff very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent service from hotel employees. The only thing is that they should consider that they have guests in the hotel in the rooms adjacent to the pool at the time of graduating the volume of the music in the bar. But the food and the attention is spectacular. Another thing is that you should not allow people to smoke in the pool area. But I recommend it as a place to rest.
