Excellent service and very good facilities, too quiet and always clean, as far as wing location very close to the sights of mine and safe area.

The staff were very friendly and acomedido. You get a lot of guidance to do… The place is clean, cozy to go to sleep and rest.

Highly recommended, the staff is super friendly, they help you with all the doubts you have, the place has Wi-Fi, they offer jugs with water, the room is comfortable, although sometimes if you hear a bit of noise, but the price is very good and the location is good.

Very nice hostel with a service-driven staff. This is no 5 star hotel, but I would say it's a 5 start hostel. There is a safe in every room, small TV, decent sized beds, good wardrobe space, and they make a special point of the security. German, the manager, is learning English and is a big fan of Google Translate. If you bother learning any Spanish at all, there is no reason you will not be able to understand each other, and everyone is more than happy to help with taxis, recommendations, or any issues that might come up. The area is good and there is a lot of shopping in the Galerias district, convenient cafes, restaurants, buses, or anything else you might need. The area is safe during the day, and not bad at night either. Bear in mind that this is a hostel and there are different rules than at a hotel. If you respect those rules, you should do fine. Very much worth the money if you need somewhere to stay and like a friendly, helpful attitude.

I was 4 nights, cleaning and service are excellent. The lady that I attended is nice addition to have Internet wireless available for guests. Highly recommended place.
