We came in late at night and the neighborhood and the building looks sketchy. Then the credit card machine didnt work. They let us stay with the promise to pay cash the next day. We proceeded to our room to find that sections of the wall had been scrapped off due to mold (im a licensed contractor and worked for restoration companies before). Thus, the pictures do not show the reality of the hotel. I was going to leave but we were soo tired from our travels that we decided to stay. At midnight we woke up because there was no heat and in the morning we only found one towel. The hot water works and the breakfast smelled very good, unfortunetly I couldnt have it because we were running late. I gave it 2.75 but my gf gave it 2. The receptionist was helpful and friendly.

➜ A good hotel by the way, the room is small and the area is not touristy. The staff is very excelente and professional, I totally recommend it for its excellent location and price. A taxi ride to and from the airport costs approximately 15000 COP, I recommend requesting it from the hotel or in the allocated space at the airport to avoid a bad taste in the trip.
