As I had a phenomenal suite. This is a great hotel,, the staff and Concierge were super helpful and did an amazing job. The food in the concierge lounge is superb.

I have had a great experience with the staff at the Bogota Marriott so far. They were a bit slow getting us our food on the first night but otherwise they have been so welcoming and warm. I love it down here and the staff here have been no exception.

The room was nice, however check in didn't go well (I speak fluent spanish, and the person insisted on practicing english and was not able to communicate well at all as a result. No status recognition either. ) The lounge however is a dark spot on this hotel. The food is absolutely abysmal, they have an ok selection but the quality, particularly breakfast, is absolute garbage. The staff also would not engage english looking/speaking customers. It wasn't until the last day I even realized they had eggs to order available. None of the other english looking people I spoke to there realized this either. They barely greeted me and my fiance upon entering and even after trying to engage them in spanish I got nothing. Then someone who looks colombian walks in and there's kisses, greetings, and apparently made to order eggs. I am VERY disappointed in this property and felt very discriminated against. Only place I've received this type of treatment after 2 months traveling around south america to many Marriott/SPG properties. I am 1600 nights lifetime PP with Marriott for clarification.

Restaurants are the best in the universe!

It has everything you could expect from a luxury hotel. Located in a place close to everything. Good food and attention.

Perfect hotel for your stay. It offers nice large modern rooms, great restaurants and bars, nice spa (even though the pool is indoor) and the staff is also very friendly. 5 stars!

The Saturday 22 of June I went to have breakfast with my husband and son, the personal q has as its function the comodacion not served in the slightest totally uninitiated and distracted, in addition to the q I had q wait almost 15 or 20 min for the table, have the nerve to give priority to the foreigners? … q besides you were not in a row, three people accommodating and no one did anything to give us the table q decided to give to others, offended we decided to retire and I think that even for that they looked for solutions. A lot to be desired of employees and also make you face “does Not Interest Me In The slightest! ”

This is my favorite place to stay in Bogota. Great on site restaurants and bar. The buffet breakfast is awesome. Safe Great central location courteous staff.

Most staff spoke English. Rooms were very accommodating. Beds and pillows were soft and perfect. The Carbonara was amazing, I had it twice.

It's quite exclusive. The attention is very good. The structure is cozy.

Extremely great service and I mean great. The staff is super friendly and they also speak English so it's every easy to communicate. You can also charge taxis to the rooms which is so convenient. The rooms are also very nice. Overall a great hotel I would highly recommend.

This is one of the Top Marriott's JW costumer service I have seen. They will go the extra mile to help you. As a Marriott Elite a got an upgrade to a Junior Suit. The wife and I love it. Excellent service at the Lounge on the 9th floor Mr. Wilson did an excellent job to make you feel at home away from home. The breakfast at the 1st floor is Outstanding and the service superb.

I only had the opportunity to attend an event, I have not spent the night in it!
It is a good place, spacious, very clean all its locations, impeccable bathrooms.
The prices are more or less regular, yes well compared to other hotels are not so high, anyway they are still very high.

This hotel is for my the best place in Bogota. With very reasonable prices, great attention and very cozy and well decorated, it is delicious to have a drink or eat during the day or night.

So far the best hotel in Colombia; Rooms are fabulous and the service is always outstanding. There's an interesting offer of gastronomy at the hotel, including 4 restaurants at the first floor. "Tamarine Asian Cuisine" and "The market" restaurants are currently ranked as some of the best dining places in the city.

The restaurant was fantastic. The food awesome the local food in the room was well priced. Enjoyed the scenery but the customer service could use some improvement I don't know if it's bc I was tired but they just came of as snarky and dismissive.

A great place to drink a great martini with some liv3 band… You can find under the same roof a great pizza (Circus) and nice burger… My personal choice lamp burger with blue cheese inside.

I have been to two of the restaurants, both different but very good. Well-prepared food with well-selected ingredients. Enough dishes, good service. Relaxed atmosphere and excellent attention. It would be believed to be very expensive, but prices are quite accessible.

I always come here to get a massage when in Bogota. I spend a few minutes in the steam room first. Great quality and atmosphere and the massages are consistently excellent.

I stayed in a double bedroom suite and it was very good. It was a little bit hard to try to communicate between Spanish and English, but the staff speaks both. You don't have to worry about the dangers of this country here, and is probably the best in the area.

The service is very good. The birthday party of a family member was held, and during the whole event the attention was very good. Recommended.

I didn't stay there but visited the lounge and terrace. Fantastic venue for a drink after work or a business meeting over a drink. Service could be better.

Great place to stay while in Bogota. Staff are very professional and go extra miles when they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. A special thanks to Stephanie and John at the reception desk. Areas for improvement: would be great if the Hotel had a shuttle bus from and to the airport.

I'm a neighbor. I saw it build. The interior terrace is magnificent. Good coffee, good tertuliadero, excellent pizza, salad bar. Good events, attention. It is certainly a benchmark in Bogota.

The brunch was delicious, it's recommended worth trying Asian fusion.

You have the option of choosing the pizza with the ingredients you want. They make them very fast. The place is cozy. Very good service.

I love this hotel. The service was top notch specially on the executive floor lounge. Very nice pool and spa area. Lots of TV channels in English. The bathroom has this huge bathtub and a shower separated. The location is near lots of restaurants and a short ride from zona Rosa.

The restaurants of the hotel are spectacular, circus offers the richest pizzas I have eaten in a hotel in my life.
The Market and its offerings to its own dish are intriguing enough, and it is open 24 hours.
I have not visited other restaurants, but they are visually very good.

Friendly customer service. I appreciated the front desk storing my bags for me. I was planning on a stay this Friday, however, due to business in Madrid will need to cancel and reschedule for my next visit. Hopefully will have no issues changing my reservation.

I don't typically put reviews up, but with the JW Marriott in Bogota I feel compelled to. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Period. I spend an equal time travelling as I do at home and it's fantastic to come to an oasis here in Bogota.

Management booked a corporate party with heavy disco beat that went on until nearly midnight on a work day. What a way to ruin a nearly perfect stay at this hotel! Well located, great food, and solid service, but management really showed a lack of judgement in this case (particularly for the relatively high prices charged by this hotel).
