Clean and convenient with a very nice breakfast. A bit noisy Fri and Sat nights, and the elevator situation is a bit unusual as not well coordinated and when busy can be a rather long wait. Friendly staff.

We had been on 4 occasions and loved it until the 4th of September that offered us a room with bad smell with wood of the rotten closet.

Comfortable hotel, nice facilities, good breakfast buffet with varied menu, good pools and gym with basic implements needed, the rooms are soundproof not suitable for weekend events, but very comfortable, despite all these Amenities did not feel welcome at the hotel.

I was for work and the room I was assigned, there was an official, a young man named Jhon if I am not mistaken, (sorry not to be sure of the name) very diligent, attentive and helpful young man. The date was last Saturday, July 7, in the morning hours. The hall was one where the front celebrated the first year of a baby. Well, the truth is that for care like the ones I received that day, I would return for personal reasons to this prestigious hotel. Thanks a lot.

Unfortunately the hotel pool was in maintenance and we couldn't enjoy it. But of the rest, I loved it. I will definitely stay again.

Located in the north of the city of Barranquilla in the exclusive and traditional Bairro Alto Prado, the exquisite food. Fine attention. On the 16th floor you have a bar restaurant with a spectacular view towards the Magdalena River. There you can be seen in all its splendor Barranquilla.

I stood there for 5 days last summer. I loved the service, the food, the location. I found this place to be very affordable and in a prime location. If I was to ever go back to Barranquilla, I would stay there again. Our room was upgraded for free. Very pleasant people in the breakfast area. I honestly did not have any complains. I would recommend it again and again.

DON’T GO in Hotel Barranquilla Plaza. Unexplained disappearance of personal items, endless waiting, lack of communication, total disinterest of the guest. I don’t recommend this hotel where my private objects are stolen. … The stolen objects :
— A Coco Chanel perfume which was in my toilet case in the bathroom
— A hair straightener which was in a closed pocket of my suitcase
— Some money which were in a small closed pocket of a compartment of my suitcase too
— One « Reef » Sunglasses I am outraged that somebody can open and rummage my own suitcase that has stayed during all my trip in the room of this hotel. Although my passport was in the strong-box of my room, I didn’t know that it was also necessary to put my entire suitcase as well. All the more, the general organization of the reception is a disaster. — Loss of One t-shirt and Two under-wears in the hotel’s laundry,
— Malfunction of the room card twice on three days
— Cancellation of a bus reservation 15minutes before my departure while I had to go to the airport. Following this bus cancellation, no solution was offered to me and I had to organize myself. I can not show my dissatisfaction with this hotel which for me is an aberration!

Don't go there if you care about your personal affairs!
Unexplained disappearance of personal objects, endless waiting, lack of communication, total client disinterest.
I strongly advise against this hotel of which I was a victim of theft during my stay in the hotel Barranquilla Plaza.
The stolen objects: — a Coco Chanel fragrance that was in my bathroom kit — a hair straightener that was in a closed pocket inside my suitcase — of the currency that was in a small, enclosed pocket of a Compartim of my suitcase.
I am outraged that we can rummage through my stuff, open my own suitcase that stayed all my stay in this hotel room and use it without my knowledge.
Although my passport was in the safe of my room, I did not know that it should also place all my toiletries, as well as my whole suitcase.
All the more, the general organization of the reception is a disaster.
— Check-in of 40minutes — loss of a T-shirt in the hotel's lingerie service — malfunction of the room card on two occasions on a three-day stay — cancellation of a 15minutes bus reservation before I left when I had to head to the Airport. Following this cancellation of the bus, no solution was offered to me and I had to organize myself on my own.
I could not show my discontent with this hotel which for me is an abomination!

The location is ideal and the rooms are very large and comfortable, with incredible views over the city. The pools are very pleasant to enjoy the sun and relax, especially the new one. I the buttons, which helped me in all the time with the transport for a visit to Barranquilla to go to my next destination. They could improve the shower in the room and a few things from the breakfast. However, it is the best price-quality ratio in the city and when I search hotel in Barranquilla or I lose time looking at other options. Until very soon!

Spacious room, the pool is very nice. Breakfast is generous and varied. It has 3 lifts and the Lobby is spacious and although something cold is very cozy.
