Very good hotel… clean rooms, the food sometimes is too much the same but still OK… a good hotel to try if you go to Barranquilla!

It is a beautiful hotel in every sense of the word, the reception staff headed by your boss, and the staff of food and drinks is very but very friendly, thank you very much for everything, it was sensational my stay in Barranquilla, I hope to return soon.

Very friendly staff, they are not like in some other hotels where they are staying or make uncomfortable comments by inciting you to tip them.
The restaurant is very rich, although the breakfast is not of great variety, I think cinema a little more than basic to be able to eat with quality.
The pool is on the third floor of the hotel, it is small and very cold; The temperature is accentuated when there is a lot of wind.
There are no children's games but it is close to the zoo and good malls.

Very nice. Broad. It has a swimming pool on the 3 floor. Turkish and Sauna. Not so nice that it. Close and the. Staff doesn't know about them. Maintenance closures.
However it is a beautiful place. Good beds and overall. Very comfortable.

Excellent service, rooms, bathrooms, swimming pool, restaurant. Everything in perfect condition, would improve a bit the information that is given when you arrive, but everything was perfect. The location is excellent to find bars, restaurants and shopping malls. The comfort is superior and the friendliness of the employees is very good. Recommended.

How lucky we were to have chosen the services of the Hotel Olivo restaurant to celebrate my brother's degree. We attended 15 people. Excellent service, exquisite food, price without competition, family atmosphere and warm.

Very nice hotel for extended stay. Accommodating for business stays.

I ma trying to get a port folio for one of my managers and they receptionist/reservation department do not communicate in basic English. They are trying to pass the call from one department to another in fear to avoid taking responsible to get me the receipt of the stay. The world largely speaks in English and it is time the hotel staffs speak atleast the basic English. Update: Thanks to Milton Manuel Pérez Valencia who understands English and helped me quite well. Reviewing the rating to 2 stars.

Amazing breakfast and super friendly staff!

I am barranquillero, but to much that was not in my city and this site was chosen by the Chamber of Commerce LGBT of Colombia for a business conference.
I can only say that it was very good, part attention all staff, from the goalkeeper to the receptionist. The restaurant staff was very friendly to all the requirements that were made.

The hotel is a luxury cuisine is good and native and the service is friendly and humane should perhaps improve speed and Wi-Fi reception.

I really liked everything in general but the only thing worrying a bit is the location (buenavista smart price) or restaurants of interest remaining in the North that is that is far away everything.

For me it has been one of the best hotels I have stayed at my city hotel is a recent construction, The price is very good, the facilities excellent, the breakfast we received was very delicious, the only thing I did not like was the letter for the dinner, I found it a little excessive in price, and very few dishes from which to choose, the pool is very nice, and the enjoyment with my wife. The service was excellent, the toilet, care.
