It has an amazingly good location. Extremely convenient to the best restaurants, bars and language schools. Safe. On a very quiet street where you will hear the sounds of running water and birds in trees and you will breathe fresh air. That is very rare in El poblado. Friendly staff. Not a party hostel.

I didn't like it, it doesn't compare with other hostels in the area, the shared room has no door and there are no lockers to store little things, additional are not pending on the bathroom cleaning. But what is really annoying is the person who is responsible in the day, wants a hostel completely silent and annoying about that on the day of check out some friends were going to continue using their beds and told him that we were going to leave our bags in that space to which re Spondió that we could not step back into the room and asked us to leave the suitcase at the front desk and if we passed a certain time we would be charged, it was quite uncomfortable.

They don't have parking but they have several quite close by. The room and shared bathroom clean and the quiet area. Pets accepted! We went with our cat and dog. Very kind attention.

Mention being dogfriendly on the web, but have restrictions, I could not stay with my dog.

The most terrible hotel. When checking in the woman at the front desk was the slowest, most mentally handicapped woman not being able to the most simple of tasks. After taking ages and molesting my passport I was shown into my decaying room right next to the front desk. The real problem was the 'larger' woman who works there. Wow she was awful! Barks at you, is extremely rude and makes you feel very unwelcome. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

We were robbed $40 each.

The atmosphere is friendly and has the basics. Literal is to just get to sleep and go out to enjoy the city. Recommended if you go with little budget.

Good service and friendly attention. The price is comfortable but the service is simple, without TV in bedrooms. Bathrooms separated from the rooms. By the morning excellent attention and collaboration in topic of breakfast, here them leave many points by the kindness of the same receptionists and kitchen.

Very friendly reception girls, but there is a problem they have to make when renting at the same time and they neglect the reception, also is in a very lonely and dark place, there is no TV in the rooms, in general my experience at this hotel was nice.

It is not expensive and cuisine. The hotel is very cool.

I am a man that wanted to stay in a nice relaxing place to work while abroad. I have medical conditions and special needs. Not only did they not accommodate my needs but I was moved from bed to bed in order to suit their needs instead of my own. They did not consider my pain or movement. They didn't care at all. I had a problem with their staff being rude and I even witnessed them shuffling a guy out the door because he was from Argentina. Who does that? I have been patient and kind and am now writing this review and now I'm fed up with the rudeness and uncompromising air concerning my condition. Natalie the owner is a nice woman but she is not there to see that things run correctly all of the time. When she is traveling it's the wild west and it doesn't matter if you have special needs or not. You are just a number here. Be prepared for a bit of rudeness.

I didn't stay but I brought someone up there. The lady was quite informal, she didn't speak English and she was tough when charging.

Place quite ok, but the employees the rudest I have ever seen. The check out is at 11am (! ), and if you don't pay your next night at 11:01, you will encounter serious problems. Trust doesn't exist (tons of nonsense rules). You can't go out by yourself, door is locked at all time. To be avoided!
