Super well located, excellent attention and beautiful place.

This hotel is amazing ; the staff is really friendly, the breakfast was amazing, the rooms are big, modern and clean; and the solarium is just breathtaking.

We paid for a private tour to Guatape and the services that they promised weren't provided. The employees didn't do anything to help, be careful with these scammers!

Great hotel and peaceful location with luxurious rooms and a nice breakfast. No hotel bar though.

The hotel is clean and “looks” the part (modern, fancy, hip) but fails to deliver. Apartments are totally under equipped for what they are sold (like a kitchen with nothing to cook with, or a sofa bed with no linens or blankets). You can ask for stuff, of course, but it gets old having to call the front desk to require what should be basic amenities. The staff is correct, but not what I would call serviceable. We checked in late at night and our friend (who did the booking) had trouble understanding the different fees and taxes being charged; the staff switched to Spanish to explain the fees even though my friend did not speak the language, something really odd to do when the whole check in process was being conducted in English up until that point.

Rooms itself was pretty nice and they had a free laundry area to use but: — can't bring guests after 7pm or charged 150, 000 even if only bringing them over for an hour (Apparently this is standard for Colombian hotels, so I was told) — we rented 2 apartment suites with kitchens but there were no kitchen utensils such as a kitchen knife or cutting board. They seemed annoyed when I asked for any items. — my friend had slammed her hand in a taxi car door and front desk refused to get her ice when I told them what happened until she gave her ID to be photocopied and I paid 150, 000 to have her be allowed to hang out in the room (addressed this earlier) — late checkout is an extra 150, 000 — no nice bar or restaurant inside — infinity pool was quite small and only went up to knees — gym was extremely minimal Overall, I think my expectations were fairly high because of other reviews. I think this is a solid hotel rooms with no perks, service, or extras. If all you need is a place to stay, this is your place.

We had a great stay at Sites. The room was large and had everything we needed; the bed was very comfortable with a large selection of pillows. The buffet breakfast, with eggs cooked to your liking each morning was tasty. The rooftop pool and free self service laundry was fantastic. Good location, short 10min walk to restaurants etc. Great coffee shop next door.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Problems in the checkin, we were delayed 35min because they couldn't find the reservation. For the checkout the same, others 20min being the only ones leaving. Nice terrace with pool and gym. The Wi-Fi is lousy! You can't work.

The hotel is very nice with a good location close to the metro and various means of transportation. The attention at the reception is always very friendly and willing to help you in everything and for everything, it is very remarkable that, breakfast is complete, when everyone goes to breakfast at 09, 00 is a bit complicated, it is recommended to use another time to go to breakfast, the kids who attend the breakfast are the best, friendly and predisposed to help you. Tasty the omelet make good personalized with the ingredients that you choose. The cleanliness of the rooms is correct and adequate, one of the thing I also liked about the room is that you have a bar a mini kitchen where if you want you can prepare something quick or heat up food. Another very noteworthy thing is the treatment of the garbage, with the separation in three different bins is in the first hotel that I see this type of dedication to the treatment of the garbage. One of the highlights is the Wi-Fi, not good either in the room or in the dining room, this point can be improved, more considering that if average performed 300 photos per day and I want to process them on the Internet at night when I return to the hotel. Another noteworthy aspect is the friendliness and predisposition of the surveillance staff. Highly recommended.

Nice quiet hotel with a very helpful staff when we had questions and needed help. Breakfast was good, and the one time we used their restaurant for dinner, we couldn't complain.

Hotel impecable, spacious room, shower with hot water. Excellent breakfast buffet, washing machine, swimming pool… close to the Lleras Park. Staff extremely friendly and small care. I recommend without hesitation.

Sites was everything we hoped it to be with it being our first time in Colombia. The rooms were clean, modern, and well serviced the entire time we were there. The views day and night were super dope, and the area we were in felt safe! The front desk, security (24hr), and breakfast crew all were super nice and accommodating. Laura at the front desk was the best! Her english is very good and this made checking in, calling taxi's, and getting restaurant recommendations very easy. If we go back and stay in El Poblado we will for sure stay here.

This hotel was just great. Located walking distance to the Metro, and to the touristy areas, we could go explore via metro by day, and then walk to and from our nice dinner locations at night. The pool on the roof is a nice plus for relaxing after a long day of walking around. The beds are super comfortable, and the room was spotless. Windows open fully to let in the springtime weather. There is a lovely coffee shop and restaurant right next door for when you want something other than the good breakfast they serve for free at the hotel.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Also the gym, free laundry area and pool (though cold) are nice. Breakfast could be better for a hotel of this class. Furthermore one elevator for a building with twelve stories is not enough so often the wait is considerable.

Absolutely fantastic! Helpful staff, rooms are big, modern and very comfortable (you can even choose the type of pillow you like). The hotel offers an amazing view on the city, a jaccuzzi on the roof, gym and free laundry facilities. Breakfast is very OK too, as you have a wide choice of tasty food. In a word, it is hard to imagine what more could be expected.

Exceptional Hotel in Medellín, close to a nice place atmosphere in the evening guaranteed, dance, music, good tables. The hotel is absolutely perfect, swimming pool, gym. Breakfast is great, balanced, full of pancakes, cakes, fruit, everything was great! For dinner too, simple and effective for eating at night. A good welcome at the reception, a qualified staff, and Nice.

Sleek urban Design, spacious rooms and common areas, great location and pricing We have traveled to Central and South America many times, and Sites hotel offers the best combination of design, comfort, price, location and breakfast offerings. Sites Hotel is in a wonderful location in El Poblado, close to the Poblado metro station. We can't wait to return to Medellin, in large part so that we can stay at Sites hotel again.

Our room was not completely clean on arrival, but was immediately cleaned again.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a member of staff at the front desk could not laugh or get his mouth open to say good morning or hello. He'd rather work as a DJ than turn the lobby and breakfast room into a dancefloor.

Excellent hotel in Medellin, perfectly located. We had a 1 bedroom apartment, which is like a small apartment. With kitchenette with everything you need. Better than an Airbnb, as the room is cleaned every day. A wonderful balcony with views over Medellin. On the roof there is a small pool, a terrace with barbecue. You can grill here on request. There are also 4 washing towers on the 12 floor, where you can do your laundry.
The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. No loud music in the evening, but still only 10 minutes walk to the Park Lleras. With the Uber you can be at Centro Historic in 20-30 minutes. A small café with excellent café and cake is in the house. Breakfast is excellent for Colombia. Egg dishes are prepared on request.

The rooms are spacious but not glamorous. Comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is the best part. Off of busy El Poblado streets but close to Parque El Poblado and restaurants. As a solo traveler I felt comfortable walking around in late evening. 5 stars for price and location.

This place is awesome! It’s close enough to walk to everything and far enough from the craziness that’s called parque Lleras… The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the beds are really comfortable. They get a lot of tourists here so they try to have English speaking staff. I would recommend this place to everyone staying in Medellin…

Hotel rooms were clean and great, Yet the service was bad. It took the receptionist 30 minutes to check us in. The same employee ordered a taxi for us when we left last sunday. He neglected to tell us a main road to the airport is closed every sunday for an event. Drive to the airport took us 1:25 in stead of 0:40, making us miss our flight from Medellin to Panama. We were forced to buy new tickets for 800eu pp! When we returned to the hotel, he didnt bother to ask us why we had returned. He didnt care. He should have warned us about the closed road. Terrible service.

Writing about my personal experience from this hotel. I went from Florida with some friends, due to the fact that they were going to have plastic surgery a friend of mine recommended this hotel because it has small kitchen and they were able to cook if there was necessary. We booked the reservation for two weeks, second day we start asking for room service, everything we asked, they never have it, trust me I am very patient Person, following day the person in charge of the restaurant came to me and apologized telling me that the incident will never happened again, I have explained that we were going to need a lot of room service since this girls couldn’t go out because of their surgery. Unfortunately the issue was never solved, they knew we were unhappy and for this reason we were looking to change hotels and that I needed to have a refund of the time (7 days) that we were not going to stay. The front desk lady agree that was not our fault and ask me to send and email to request the refund. I was able to dispute this charge with my credit card but instead I preferred to give the hotel the chance to refund the stay in good terms. It has passed one month and they still haven’t make the refund of 7 days from two suites. I personally don’t like to write a bad review since I am a business owner but I also understand that this reviews help other people. Today not only I am telling you my experience but also will filed a credit card dispute.

Sites is located in a very nice part of Medellin. There is a great roof top area, pool area and small gym. We stayed in their two bedroom apartment style room which was excellent.

Modern, clean, attractively decorated, great amenities, friendly staff, great location — definitely return in the future.

Quite nice, not the best to be honest. But if you're looking for a decent nice place to stay on a budget check this place out, you won't Regret.

The staff that attends this hotel in all its departments knows with precision the way to take care of a guest. They are always willing to help and provide comfort and comfort to the guest. Your attitude of service is your best ally.

Sites Hotel is amazing, the rooms, the views to medellin, the pool and the most important, the staff, very friendly staff that make you feel comfortable and always welcome they treat you like family, the breacksfast is so good you don't even feel hungry till dinner so much food. We were there for a week an a half with our daughter Camila, and it was a very pleasant experience. Can not wait to go back to Medellin and be able to stay at Sites Hotel again… thank you.

Great location near the Poblado at a decent price on Trivago.

Is a hotal comodo, the rooms are beautiful, not has restaurant, only open for breakfast. The staff of the excellent restaurant, the rest of the perosnal could be more friendly. A jacuzzi and a nice view of Medellín terrace ckn. It is expensive, is located in a great area of this city.

Great. Comply with what they promise. Excellent facilities. The selection of books and the two stays of readings are to spend a special time with yourself or with a partner. The breakfast buffet is varied and of quality. The excellent service and privileged location. Recommended 100%.

Sites is a Luxurious and modern Hotel, was perfect for the 14 nights I stayed there. Sleek, trendy, and very clean rooms with an A+ Staff, that was very helpful with anything I needed Free Wi-Fi, Free Breakfast, and it is very good. Safety and location was an A+. I would recommend Sites Hotel to every anyone. I am a Ritz Carlton member for 15 + years.

Excellent hotel, close to the main places of the town and zona rosa. The rooms are very comfortable and large and the staff is too attentive.
