Stayed here for three nights, lovely spacious apartments in a good location for a fair price. Thoroughly recommend.

All hotels in Medellin located in The Town are excellent; however, the Affinity exceeded our expectations… Excelenteee personalized attention with night dinner in the room with natural juices delicious (especially the Lulo), ammenities in the apartments and the best to 5 steps input cross direct to the Mall Oviedo … RECOMMENDED!

Excellent place to stay, modern and quiet facilities to rest, on the bird. The village next to C. C. San Diego and you can walk to C. C. Sta Fe.

Nice place to stay on part of business trip in the city of Medellin. It is in the Pooblado and very close to F and interesting places to meet. Also the Ller as park is very close to this site.

Service is good, right in front of a mall. I'm pleased with my stay but the Wi-Fi isn't the best and often drops.

I love be capable to cock in my apartment. However there is a lot of room to improvement. The room service is going to the room too many times… just give me alone. The house keeping is not perfect organized, too many times I had to wait for them to go finish the room. The internet is a disaster, the equipment is obsolete or just is not working. Even the installation is faulty. The taps are not well installed you never know if this time is going to be hot or cold water. I like this place because I use to be there for long periods of time… but as a hotel it's not as good as it could be. The breakfast boring and the service again bad implemented in the concept. You have to beg for the coffee… And that's is a big fault. After 20 days… of the same routine I can't understand why I still to beg for it. The omelet is ok but you need to wait 30 min for it. … well not always is so busy… The people is always friendly and that is a plus.

Hotel is nice and Oscar is wonderful, but the other front desk staffers are awful! They charged an additional $300 US dollars for hidden fees that were not disclosed upon check-in. They forced us to pay by locking up our luggage so that we could not leave to catch our flight. It was a huge fiasco, and we had to get the police involved to get our luggage. A refund is definitely in order in rectify the manner in which this situation was handled. As a group of females, we felt very unsafe.

After several stays I was victim of a robbery inside the room. I'm still waiting for the outcome of the investigation promised by the hotel manager.
