Is fine until I charge you by walking up to someone in the room.

You feel at home but with care 5 stars and a good price.

Very noisy Room. Windows not dense. You smell the Exhaust Fumes of the Cars from the Road. Check-in Time only from 4pm.

Very well stocked and located in the bustling neighbourhood hotel. In the vicinity you can find everything your heart desires. Reasonable breakfasts and friendly staff as well as relatively new rooms.

Stayed there very recently. Hotel Florencia Plaza has gone through some renovations so the rooms and common spaces were fresh and clean. The hotel did have a few architectural quirks from its previous incarnation. But those quirks were charming. For example you could tell where the internals of a room had been changed. At least my room was generously sized. The hotel is near a major intersection, Av. Poblado so you can hear the traffic.
It is also on a street with two motorcycle shops. The motorcyclists were actually tame but from time to time you will hear some engines rev. All that to say that the hotel is in an active commercial area. If you are used to the downtown area of a major city, you will be right at home. If you are from the countryside, bring earplugs and a mask at night if you need sleeping assistance. I did not find it distracting but you should be aware of how energetic the area is. Checkin and checkout were pretty easy. They are transparent on what you are paying, etc. I had prepayed so the bill was predictable. Hotel Florencia Plaza is at an excellent location. You are near a park, supermarket and public transportation. The business sector and upscale shops are also within walking distance. And apparently the neighborhood has its own version of the Guardian Angels, with batons. I always felt safe. The streets were well lit with a lot of foot traffic. The staff was AMAZING! Diego, Pedro, Jorge, Emmanuel and Matteo worked the front desk.

Great location, staff were very nice! Air conditioner wasn't very good and the shower door wouldn't close properly as it was cut to an incorrect size.

Very nice, comfortable and fair price. Really its workers was pawned in taking care of us very well. As a Prince, I was with my wife.

Rooms for the price far too small, service completely overwhelmed. In a 4 star hotel I expect also that the staff speaks English. It is not so!
Room service was ordered for 8: 30, at 9:45 my meager breakfast.

The hotel indicates that it is 4 star hotel but rooms but good doesn't seem it very good area but too much noise for nearby bars. There are best option for its value.
