The Manager, Jarlin, bait & switched the hotel rate when I arrived. Don't stay. I sent an email to the Hotel asking about their pet policy 2 weeks before my stay. They responded that pets are allowed, but it's a 130.000 per stay & only service dogs over 8kg. All good. Show up to hotel, front desk is nice and checks me in no problems. I come back 2 hours later and the front desk asks for the service animal certification. No problem. I am then told it is now actually 130.000 per night (50%) upcharge for pets. The manager, Jarlin, dismissed the email they originally sent (and that I showed) and told me to check out if I didn't like it.

I definitely recommend this hotel because all the hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming as well!

I totally recommend Hotel Du Parc Royal, the service is friendly, neat and also the location will make you fall in love with Medellin.

Good service. Some construction going on, some banging early morning… Gets loud late at night on the weekends. Great location for Lleras park.

Spacious room with balcony shower area was a great size location is one of the best close to the park lleres and all the other main attractions you don’t need a car if you stay here about 45 min from airport but once you arrive everything is within a 5 min walk and the breakfast was great in the morning and the owner is always present if you need something and Friendly. Will definitely come back in the Future.

Amazing. Clean, helpful staff and amazing breakfast. Great selection of breads, fruits, yogurts, meats, and cheeses. Eggs made to order with a large variety of toppings. You can also choose rice and bean with different style meats for breakfast if that is what you like. Lastly, great drink selection; coffee, milk, natural juices, etc.

Very Nice hotel with spa and hamman on the top floor. Rooms are a bit old fashioned. Very well located in a very feasty neighborhood.

Its my 3rd time staying there and I will be back again… I just wish they had better beds/pillows.

El servicio es phenomenal de todos los trabajadores. Los cuartos son bien espaciosos, tienen bastante cosas que no esperaba en un hotel de Colombia. El acceso electrónico, llave para trabajar la electricidad. Desayuno con huevos al gusto, frutas, cereal, carnes, quesos, y diferentes panes. Un spa, salón, restaurante.

It is located just one block from Parque Lleras; I recommend it for young couples who like the nightlife, the rumba, because if you are looking to rest I do not think it is the most appropriate place; although it is a place a little away from the noise the hotel has many windows and balconies that face towards the road where all the people who move in the area transit and it is most likely to be heard a little, especially the days that National plays, the Colombia National Team or the days of Flower Fair in August; otherwise I recommend it!

Nice rooms, friendly staff. Great location. Does get loud at night due to location. Had to complain due to other guests noise level, which staff said would take care of if encountered again.

Wonderful staff! Rooms are nice. Beds are large. Kitchen if needed. I have stayed here many times. Does not have a pool. Location is close to the nightlife.

The attention but not the best, the Nina of the room gives a lousy attention I burn with the dryer and as if nothing. It's just great nothing comfortable expensive for what they offer. Pueddn Find a better place, sure.

Hotels looks newely renovated, so we booked here for 2 days. Well placed and modern.

Just do yourself a favor and don't So noisy. So bad maintenened. And the price o. M. G. Didn't like the brkfst as well. Good thing to say its the recption people. And the big rooms. Good strong shower. Amazing location. Notice noise from the bars in the weekends. So overall was very unpleased I need to sleep.

Hip newly remodeled hotel within walking distance from ilaris Park in the Poblado area of Medellin. Call and see if they have availability then just go there from the airport. It will cost a fraction of the price over booking in the U. S.

Newer hotel with large rooms in great location … room rates are resonable. Worth a stay.

Nice hotel with close proximity to the night seen. I mean walking distance. They speak very good English, even the belthope. If comparing to the US hotels than it would equate to a Marriott.

This hotel is one of the best values in El Poblado. It is conveniently located close to Parque Lleras, has a great restaurant and the rooms are equipped with a kitchen. I also found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had to change my review, because I was so disappointed and disgusted by the owner and the management of this hotel. Think about this, I have stayed at this hotel several times for a month or more. The management and ownership have allowed this hotel to go downside since truly since it opened in 2013. I stayed there lately for over 2-3 weeks to be kicked out in the streets of Medellin. I stayed with my mother who is 79yrs. And in a wheelchair/walker. After enjoying our stay at the DuParc Hotel, we had set-up a room reserve extension at the hotel due to coming for business and family affairs since the last time. At the beginning, everything seemed beautiful and wonderful but then being returning customers to the DuParc Hotel, they unexpectedly told me that our room was sold out to someone else for elevated prices, 3-4 times for the regular price of the hotel gave. The staff there told me the expression, "Quemaropa" is their expression, of what the owner and management did to me and my mother, who is severely handicapp. They promised at the beginning they would honor their original price to us, and out of the blue one day recently at 11 am told me that the room had been sold to someone else for higher elevated prices, without any warnings the same day. We had to leave that same day or pay the elevated prices, 3-4 times higher for us to stay! Out of this world, are you kidding me, I had to change drastically my review. Some of the staff were good, but other were terrible.

There is a lot to like about this place. I went during some renovations and a name change, so things weren't perfect, but the rooms was luxurious, the price was very reasonable, the hotel is in an excellent location, and it felt like a great mix of modern and industrial. The front desk was very helpful and friendly, and the view from the balcony was good as well.

Great hotel and amazing architecture, interior design and wooden furnitures. Top location, very good attention and full of services (art gallery, bistrot-restaurant, gym, etc. ). I definitly recommend it!

Nicely furnished but no hot water.

We enjoyed our experience at the hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and will always try to accommodate you. They speak very good English and will offer helpful suggestions for tourist attractions, restaurants and transportation. The room was clean, spacious and equipped with Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker and more. The hotel is only 2 years old and is very well maintained. Easy walking distance to parks, restaurants and the Metro.
