I must say that his hotel really exceeded my expectations! The service was outstanding, rooms were very clean, and the included breakfast was great! If I had to complain about something, it would be that some rooms are a little small and the beds are a little hard. Great location as well. You can walk around and lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. I'll definitely be returning.

Hotel staff was nice and rooms were clean. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi doesn't work in my room. But in lobby it works so that's why 3 stars… Wi-Fi working in room is a must.

Comfortable hotel within walking distance to clubs, restaurants and entertainment. Lleras park is a 5 minute walk.

Proximity to the place of destination.

Room walls are paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING even from down the hall. It's in a party type of area so lots of people all day and night and they don't care about those trying to sleep.

The attention of the front desk staff is terrible, nothing warm, nor friendly, the rooms are small and dark.

This hotel is very clean and has a great location right in the heart of El Pablado. Although the staff doesn't speak any english, they are very helpful and the free breakfast is a nice touch. Be aware however, that at this present moment there is construction next door. Sometimes making it annoying if you want to sleep in.

Good service and highly recommended in a place very central in the village and to improve: the quality of the breakfast, with typical dishes of the region.

The reception staff is very very cordial. The room smells of damp. The room close to the kitchen a lot of noise.

Beautiful hotel in gorgeous Medellín in El Poblado! Very reasonably priced, lovely staff and lovely breakfast. Rooms were perfectly adequate and very clean and modern. I cannot wait to return to Medellín!
