Good hotel in the center of Medellin, the attention of its employees makes you feel at home, the rooms are OK and the food of the hotel is good, if you need to be in Medellin for a few days in the downtown area, this place is adequate.

It's cozy friendly people from a lot of teacher ion Alder. It feels like family at this hotel. For the good human being that is its people.

Comfortable, good location, cost-effective for the quality of service offered.

Good location in the center of Medellin, the attention of the staff very friendly, a bit old the building lacks maintenance, lousy only receive cash to pay.

The hotel is located around/in "the center" of Medellin. According to the hotel staff, it is the only hotel in the area, although there are hostels around as well. We were not around in the evening, but we heard the area could be a bit unsafe for tourists at night. The hotel itself was clean, and the staff were very kind. They accommodated us and didn't charge us for cancelling one night even though our online reservation said we would be charged. There is a restaurant in the hotel where we had a tasty lunch. It was as we expected, a solid experience. However, tourists may prefer a section of the city called "El Poblado" which is nicer, safe, and seems to have more going on in terms of entertainment.

It is a fairly neat place, in some rooms the objects are very old and shabby.
The attention is not good.
I think one of the most frustrating experiences I have experienced in a hotel, I lived in that: the hot water did not go out continuously and I was told that the water here is well and already.
I thought it was miserable.

I put this rating as I booked online and said I had breakfast included as well as pool but does not have, when I get to the hotel I was informed that it had not included breakfast and has no pool but attention if it is good just like the installation Ones.

Rooms are ok, but it is central and breakfast is great!

We stayed here with an organised tour in a double bedroom. Room was pretty standard but clean: double bed, TV, and what was nice: a stereo. Albeit the hotel was very inexpensive, we were reluctant to realise that the water on the shower was lukewarm at best. This was not the case for all other guests. The next day after room service, we were left with only one towel.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff located near main square. So I can recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately they have no point of sale nor air conditioning. The girls that work there are very friendly and charming but unfortunately the service not is good. I hope to improve it. Sorry for the opinion.
