Great mall with saturated restaurants with regional food.

A very compact and nice place.

Good room and view, front desk is short staffed.

The hotel and especially the chain has good name but it is the worst 5 star hotel I have ever been to in China, although here you don't know how they give them.
The staff does not speak English, just an elderly gentleman in the "Concierge" and that as there were not enough requests for the free transfer they offered to the fair tells me it is that the bus is spoiled the three days that lasts the fair AH and that if I wanted a taxi should give a bite of 10 yuan to the driver, out of the bill of course,
Breakfast is more than deficient if you are not Chinese, as the offer say Western is very scarce and to ask for butter did not understand me.
The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere and surrounded by works in the streets.
Something positive, the room is spacious and of it little bad you can tell.
The service to Westerners who do not speak Chinese is nefarious, neither in the lobby nor in the breakfast restaurant. During check-in the girl who did it if you managed with the English but if to tell me it was 10.30 in the morning and that check-in time was from 14.30 so I could not choose, except the room I was given and of course after 22 hours of travel was not to go around Shanghai until 14.30 hours.

Nice rooms. Good food. Checkout was the worst experience of my life. Two people working at the time. 25 people trying to checkout. Front desk clerks were clueless. No management staff to help regulate angry people. I wouldn't stay there again if it was free. Wyndham corporate needs to visit this place cause it's run like a 1 star hotel.
