My room had a great view of Shanghai. I loved the food. So relaxing, loved the room. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Nothing worth a revisiting especially the service. We booked rooms with Wi-Fi but had problem with connection since the receptionist informed us that we could use our room number as password instead of surname but it didn't work. We decided to call for help but the guy on the phone refused to do anything by saying that our rooms were booked without Wi-Fi and suddenly hung up. Once we went all the way down to the reception desk, the lady said she had turned on the system and we should be able to connect then but still didn't. So, finally she just gave us password for the lobby only Wi-Fi and what is the point of paying extra? Ridiculous!
