My family had a birthday party for my father in law at Loong Yuen last night. We all were so happy and enjoyed the dinner. Thank you so much for the delicious food and the good service. Highly recommended people to try at Loong Yuen. Thanks for the serving team yo make our party perfect. 🙏😘

Since our arrival 2 days ago we have nothing but gratitude to the hotel staff and all the people who really guided us, the kindness of everyone has been ahead. The room is very comfortable and clean. They provided us with cleaning products, the bed is also very comfortable and the Wi-Fi works quite fast. Food is always brought on time, and it has been quite good and coupled with the requested menu that you must fill out a week before your arrival, we have not needed to order delivery since now 👀 today they surprised us they brought a delicious snack at 4pm, we were Wishing something Sweet (hopefully the surprises will be repeated 😆) they also organize activities throughout the week, such as bingo, yoga, meditation, trivias, etc… I was scared by some bad reviews I read about the hotel after I booked but personally I can recommend it 100%, hopefully the rest of the days will continue to be just as pleasant in every sense. They provide you everything you need. Perfect place for a 1 week quarantine.

Great clean room with air-conditioning pity the view from my room is not that great has been on the back of the building but the rest of service can’t fault the food at sometime not the best I had to not eat it a few times.

The staff is friendly and attentive, the rooms are clean and the food honestly isn't too bad for hotel food, and that says a lot coming from someone as picky as me. They also do some virtual/social activities during the week, which is a nice touch. If you have to stay somewhere during quarantine, I'd recommend this place.

Staff are working hard to provide what you want as soon as possible.

Set your expectations low once you walked in. When you feel cold, they don’t have proper room temperature control in their room. When you ring up the service desk, they will tell you they don’t have enough heaters to provide. Some will say it’s against the quarantine policy to provide heaters when the other receptionist told you they run out because it’s a hot commodity and has gone to other quarantine guests.

I lived a long stay with my wife. Very good service. The cleaner on 9/F named 阿娟 provided a very good service during the time. Thanks for her help and hard work and will recommend to my families and friends.

The hotel service is great and staff are very friendly. Housekeeping staff A Juan pays a lot of details. After couple weeks I didn't return to hotel as long staying, she immediately changed linen upon my return even room was still cleaned daily as she saw I use breathe machine and was very thoughtful to minimize the dusts on linen. Bar Mgr Ryan looked after me and my friends with special offer and win win for both guests satisfaction and hotel revenue. Kudos, and happy to stay in Holiday Inn Golden Mile! Brendon Li.

This price of the hotel, so remote, should belong to Nantong Good hotel, but the details of the health or do not, the cup has scale, sewer jams, bath time water almost diffuse out, hair what's back out of the foot, do not dare to take more showers. There's nothing around the hotel, it's pretty deserted. Breakfast was good. The hotel facilities are also very complete. This is still good.

The staff at this hotel are very nice I've been here 2 months and always greeted with a smile and never had any issues with cleanliness as for the AC in China the law is that you turn the AC off on a certain day of the year you just need to ask the staff at the hotel for a portable AC unit it will be at your door in five minutes. The only thing I would say was lacking is the room service menu not much on it and the beef burger needs to be improved upon for that price.

Very nice new hotel, its just in the middle on no-where.

The AC did not work. They moved me to a new room at 1am. That AC did not work either.
