We booked 2 rooms via the hotel website from the UK. I emailed the hotel a couple of times before our visit to confirm the stay and each time responses were received promptly. The rooms were clean, Wi-Fi was good and showers always had hot water. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower cubicle, along with toothbrushes, toothpaste, razor, comb, cotton wool and soap. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast was varied with options of fresh fruits, bread or rolls, cold meats, fruit juices and hot drinks. Then also an omelette, egg cooking station, noodles, dim sum, continental bakery items plus English breakfast items. All staff we met were helpful and polite. We would stay again.

I had a great experience. Everyone including the doorman, housekeeper, front desk, concierge, etc was exceptionally nice, polite and helpful. The room was nicely appointed and quiet. The view was overlooking Victoria, the harbor and Kowloon to one side and the high rises of Causeway Bay to the other. Transit is great as it is 100 yards or so from the tin hua station (not Causeway Bay) and there are bus stops just across the street. Additionally there are a lot of decent-to-nice places to eat within a few minute walk. I would strongly recommend this place.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at, best staff ever. But the need to refurbish is becoming apparant here and there.

Stay clear of the 11th floor. Has this perpetual smell of cigarettes from the aircon. I asked to be moved. Eventually got a spacious harbour view room on the 14th floor. King size bed but sweated like a pig even with the aircon down to 16°C only to realise that it was the mattress protector that was making me sweat. When I removed it my sleep improved. Great views at night from my room and the Roof top pool. Food is good but expensive. Chef's dont know how to fry an egg and keep it white. But thats pretty much the story with most Hong Kong chef's.

The Metropark Causeway Bay had all the basics that a traveler needs for a short-term stay in Hong Kong. The staff was friendly. The location by the MTR allowed me to get where I needed to go quickly. While the hotel isn't overly fancy, it seemed to be an overall good value.

You don’t need to spend a thousand dollar a night for staying a room that has panorama view of the Victoria Park and beyond. Metropark is perfectly located. A short walk to the subway and tram stations. The airport bus station is literally steps away. If you are taking the airport train, there is a free shuttle service between the Hong Kong station and the hotel. With clean rooms, friendly services, nice location and reasonable room rate, I think this is one of the best deals in Hong Kong. Complimentary drink vouchers offered to guests is a nice way to lure many to their bar, but do watch the prices when you run out of any vouchers.

Comfortable beds, standard breakfast, close to the Metro to a pub and a 7eleven.

This hotel is living in the 90's outdated decor and rude staff especially Kristina from the "executive lounge" level 29. Apparently $350 AUD per night staying on the same floor doesn't allow us to have 1 coffee and sit while our room is being made. What a rude disrespectful person you are Kristina, you are so smug its disgusting. Will not stay in this hotel again when in HK. There are better options for the money…

The hotel is in a great location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Did not take a deposit and did not freeze the money on the map-a big advantage.

I'm still waiting for your 50 euros bail, thieves!

The quality of the room clerk has a problem, directly with the room card opened the door said to make up hand biscuits, told him that the table has been, hard to come in to see, confirmed that there was just run out of other rooms, and then ran into the more to send a plate of cookies to us.
But there was no apology from the beginning. The next day 12 Check-out, 10 in the morning another room clerk to tidy up the room, we have to check out, still need to tidy up the room?
This is also a strange practice.
Room facilities common, shower pillar failure. Said is the sea-view room, in fact, only a little, but the floor is high, next to the Academy and park, the scenery is fair.

Loft noon buffet price is appropriate there are elderly (65 and above) and children's preferential food variety many seafood categories including crab feet, Boston lobster pliers, shrimp, tobacco and tattoos before the two do not eat, other customs clearance, hot plate varieties but not lose, desserts many kinds of no break, the overall cost-effective count pass.

It's a great hotel. It's great. The food is lovely, the rooms are divine). The view from the window is stunning.

Rooms are good and nice to have a choice of pillows. Given the season the restaurant was cold as it has direct air flow from the front doors (January). Was disappointed though with the service at the end of the stay when trying to get a taxi though and ended up just getting the metro instead.

Great hotel, nice view of Victoria Harbour.

This is a place we use quite often. It is convenient to Causeway Bay shopping and Happy Valley Horse Racing, MTR and my favorite the double decker street cars/trams. It has a wonderful breakfast each morning and the staff are so attentive and helpful. Ask for a room on the side facing Victoria Park. All of Hong Kong and Kowloon will be there for you to enjoy. Best place to watch the fireworks for News Years is right from the pool on the rooftop or as we did this year from the comfort of our bed! Enjoy!

A very nice hotel. We could check in after the night flight at 11h, even though we could have checked in after 14h. Rooms are clean, staff always friendly. There is continental breakfast with British impact. There are live music on a few days. Bus and subway diagonally opposite. If you have understood the system, you can easily explore all the sights from here. Be sure to buy Octopus card. This saves a lot of money and time.

Great view, small but nice view rooftop pool, but rooms are pretty old. Still they keep it clean so it was good. Is actually close to Tin Hau station, not Causeway bay station. But still taxi is better for going out.

Great pisizione and spectacular view of Hong Kong Bay.

Location is convenient — close to Tin Hua Station on Island line. Fittings are high quality but a bit dated. Check in service leaves a bit to be desired.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! We stayed for 3 nights in November and loved it here — brilliant service and such a comfortable hotel, perfectly located for all sightseeing and right near the train station and a tram stop. Will absolutely be back here!

Nice hotel. Close to Victoria Park and Causeway Bay shopping areas. After long day work, I'd like to ride a tram to Happy Valley. I take foot and body treatment in Zenxes Foot Retreat. Very professional and modern. Enjoy it so much.

Nice hotel, but the cafe could be better, the rooms have a persistent smell of tobacco.

Only good thing about this hotel is it's rooftop swimming pool. It has amazing view. Breakfast buffet has many options but same menu everyday. Room size is very small. Paid 590$ including bf buffet for 3 days. If taking bus. They will charge 380$.

The rooms are a bit dated, but the location is excellent, staff are very friendly and the views from the roof are amazing! The airport bus also stood right in front of the building which is very convenient.

Used this place for a business trip. The rooms were clean, spacious, well air conditioned, free Wi-Fi and great staff. Really pleasantly surprised with what I got for the price!

Although this not a 5/6 stars hotel, but reasonable price + good location for shopping and sight seeing.

Great location to stay really handy for public transport close to Tram and Metro stations, would recommend buying a Octopus card. The staff were really friendly and eager to please.

The hotel is situated near Victoria Park and from our room we had a great view of the park. The room was clean and comfortable, with a kettle, a safe and a fridge. In the bathroom the toiletries are plentiful. The breakfast is very good, they even had sweets (m&ms, cola bottles and haribo). We went on the Big Bus tour, the red and green line, and it was very good. You need a head for heights as the bus goes up some narrow, winding roads. A must see is the Big Buddha, the views are spectacular, as I said you need a head for heights, and the cable car ride is amazing.

Great and really nice Hotel! Beautiful view of the city from the roof where you also have a pool (really nice in the evening/afternoon), close to the Metro and Tram.

A standard 4-star multi-storey hotel situated next to Victoria Park in Hong Kong on Tung Lo Wan Road. This hotel is of course extremely convenient to travel to and from the Chek Lap Kok (HK) airport. The Airport Express bus (A11) stops right next to its front door or just 10 metres away! The TinHau MTR station is also about 7mins walking distance from its front door, on King`s Road. A full supermarket (Market Place by Jason's) is just 5 mins away near the head of Tong Lo Wan Road. There are at least two small pubs: Malty, the Granville Island Tapas & Bar, and Forever Lounge conveniently located downstairs serving traditional British beer or German brew most nights. The hotel may come with breakfast included, but there is an additional choice with Peace Cafe just next to this hotel front door which also serves traditional western full breakfast, and lunch, or dinner, etc. There is also a vegetarian food restaurant for the unusual at a place next to this cafe called Veggie Spinner (VS). Everything is actually a short walk away only. If you want to visit Causeway Bay, the main shopping district on Hong Kong island, it is just another 15 minutes westerly walk away!

This is a nice place to stay. The staff are helpful and friendly. I had a room with a view over the harbour and down towards Central that was excellent. Also the room was a good size and clean. I used the hotel laundry service just before I left. Although this is probably quite expensive the service was quick and all my stuff returned folded and ready for packing for my flight home. The food served in the restaurant was good and there was a good selection of wines. The location is close to the mtr station (2 minutes walk) and it is very easy to get from this hotel to wherever you want to go. Also there's a couple of relaxed bars and a 7-eleven next door. There are certainly cheaper places to stay on Hong Kong island. But if you are looking for a decent sized room with a good view and excellent staff then this is a good choice.

Located 50m from Tin Hau metro station. Very nice establishment, clean with rooms of a nice area and a breakfast of competition;) In addition, the staff are very welcoming and considerate. The Top!

Very nice and modern Hotel, spacious and clean rooms. Fantastic terrace overlooking the Bay of Hong Kong, good breakfast. Well connected to the center thanks to the Metro a few steps away. Wi-Fi with very fast connection.

Great location, three minutes walk to MTR, tram, and A11 heading to airport. Supermarkets and Seven Eleven are just a few. Steps away from hotel. View from roof top pool is lovely and you can see kowloon and central side in one go. Reception team are very helpful.

Very good. Rooftop pool is a highlight although they need to service the spa (always has only 3 working jets) but hey if that's the biggest issue then it's got to be pretty good. Only downside is Tin Hau isn't so central but that's it. Very good value.
