Very good value and very friendly staff. It's like an unpolished gem hidden in the busy streets of Mong Kok. The building is old but at least the rooms are properly maintained.

Room is tiny — that's fine, it's Hong Kong. Amazing location! Unfortunately the lobby and staff are to loud to easily sleep, and they turn your water heater off overnight, so cold showers in the morning.
