Clean. Great food (breakfast and lunch only). Replaces towels. Can borrow adaptor plugs (for chargers and devices). Near MTR (subway for HK) ; just cross the other side of the road. Concierge/Attendants is very approachable. I had a nice stay here for a weekend. Thank you GCH!

The hotel is located at a great location — very close to metro&shops. The hotel itself is quite clean and staff is friendly. The rooms were big enough for HK standards. Two issues: The toilet does not have a door. If you are sharing a room with colleague, it may not be very comfortable. The mattress is not soft at all, which affects your sleep.

Very mall rooms with no possibilities to take care of our clothes. Poor, small choice of food at the breakfest. It is not a four-stars level. We are dissappointed.

Just landed in HK after 17 hour flight, and had a horrible experience in this bloody urgly hotel. I arrived around 7am and I asked permission from the front desk to wait for my room get ready in the cafe. I did not want breakfast cause I already had in airport I sat down to work on my computer and bite a carrot of my snack, I thought this was an open cafe for all guets. A waiter with glasses came to stop me case of no out food in, with very bad attitude. I apologized and put my snack back. After a while I started coughing so I took a throat lozenge. That heartless waiter came again, like a spy, with utgl manners, I told him it's my medicine. He said these urgly words: no it's not. Out. I could not bear this stupid thing anything and complained to the manager. Do NOT go to that hotel unless you want to spoil your trip and be treated like trash with bloody humiliation.

Good budget hotel. Area is good. Hotel services are good.

Decent for the price but overall the interior of hotel rooms is below par. The room is too small and does not have enough space to accommodate luggage. There is no couch in the rooms, and no wardrobes too. There is only a mini partition along the wall that comes with 2 hangers/hooks. Staffs are really friendly and helpful though. The stay is only pleasant because of the friendly service.

They never vacuum your room carpet and clean the toilet bowl. Their house keeping team is full of surprises, one day you find an extra bottle of water and one day you find there are no water bottle in your room. My experience at this hotel for one month has been an absolute joke. The staff don’t take care of you, at 8am the house keeping team vacuums and shouts in the hall way as a for of subtly waking everyone up, just to clean your rooms and get it done with. I’ve found it extremely inconsiderate.

View to city very beautiful. But cleaner servise is not good.

Constant alarm ringing due to people smoking in their supposed non smoking rooms. I can smell smoke in my room very often in the middle of the night. Room is small and washroom is Not clean. Bed is not comfortable at all. This is definitely not a four star hotel.

The place is clean, organized and friendly officers. But, the room is very small for standard room, no wastafel / sink for washing hands or brush the teeth. Luckily the compasation in strategies place / street, near from mrt, a lot of restaurants and passing taxy.

Booked a non smoking room. The whole hotel has a smokey smell to it and every room seems to have an ashtray in the room. The windows open so people are dropping cigarettes out of the windows. We came back from dinner and the entire floor stank of cigarettes. We did get moved rooms but the second room had ashtrays too. Not a wonderful hotel. Quite cheap though.

Convenient for transportation to/from airport by bus A12, big room for price. Has good restaurants one block away from hotel.

Nice Hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are a bit small but thats normal in Hong Kong. Everything is clean and looks new.

Hotel staff efficient, When we check in hotel room (2room that link together) the other room there window, my room there no window quite stuffy, we thought on the air con will be much more better but is warm air, so I call the receptionist and they explain to me, so I ask them what can be done? I thought they Will turn the aircon to fan function, to my surprise after 5-7 min someone knock at my room door, I open the door and1 male staff carry 2 table fan, really appreciate their service. Again if I going back korea for holiday surely book this Crown Park hotel again very good services and staff very friendly.

Okay hotel for solo travelers. Bad Wi-Fi, but the best location. Next to MTR.

Hotel is centrally located, rooms are small but adequate, breakfast is OK but not particularly good. In the vicinity there is a large selection of different dining.

The hotel room in Hong Kong is small even. The main bed was very uncomfortable.

Quiet place near mtr station, thats pretty much everything good. Not anything bad but no much services and rooms are very small. Mostly good for one-two days businnesstrips example, not very good for longer touristtrips.

Good hotel, be aware that this hotel isn't necessarily oriented towards western customers, so there will be small differences compared to say a Marriott. Alleyway access to the MTR station is hard to beat.

On-line booking left a big bed, go to the original department two small bed merged into a big bed, you do not have a big bed is like a guest order, set the left and words no big bed, as if good "deceptive art"

Possibly the worst Hotel in Hong Kong. I stayed there for a week. The first 4 days this hotel maid never clean up the soap dish. My bed sheets were not changed. The toilet bowl was never clean. I could see few stains on the toilet corner still had a filthy brown stain there during my whole time stayed. Toilet sometime couldn't flush smoothly. I dropped two tiny piece of paper on the carpet near the bed and they never picked it up or vacuum for whole week. Also, I accidently dropped the hand soap on the floor they never picked it up for 4 days. Comforter was not lay over the bed and never tucked in the duvet covers for 4 days. Not until the 5th days a different housemaid changed the bed sheet picked up hand soap and tucked in the duvet covers but still there were no vacuum and no toilet clean up at all.

We booked queen size bed they gave us two twin bed. Bed not comfortable at all. The room is so small and smell old cigar smoke even its non-smoking room. Bathroom bowl sinks are so small it’s so hard to wash your face. Same old slippers and bed sheet.

Room is clean with powerful hot water and Wi-Fi. Very near to MTR station too. Neighborhood not a crowded area so it is more relax to walk and having lunch or dinner.

Stayed there in Feb and Mar for 2 weeks, my room was clean and fairly spacy and the staff were actually nice and almost always smiley and friendly. Every day the maids refill your bottles of water and give you new instant coffee and tea for free. Which I think is great My only complaints are that the shower curtain has a bit of a moisture smell and it was extremely cold and humid in the room. There is no space to put your clothes away, there's but 2 short hooks and 3 hangers. I kept everything in my luggage. The floor I was on clearly stated that it was non smoking but at night I could smell cigarette second hand smoke creep into my room. It was quite disgusting. Also I unfortunately developed Bronchitis and had a terrible cough and asked the maid to turn off the AC to which she then declared she didn't know how to and had to ask the front desk to send me someone. No one ever came. Finally the next day I had to call front desk so they would send me someone. They ended sending that same maid who magically knew how to control the AC. And finally, as most guests who stay in that hotel turn out to be Mandarin speaking Chinese, or tourists from Canada, the US or Europe, a lot of the staff were very unprofessional, and would talk nonsense in Cantonese and tell each other to eat sh*t or insult each other for fun or even talk negatively about the hotel guests behind the front desk.

Room not big, but clean, the bathroom too small, on the sea view. Traffic convenience, the life can be good, provided toothpaste is bad, it is recommended self.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean. Just the mattress wasn't that comfortable, but this is probably a matter of habits. The hotel is really a few steps away from the Sai Ying Pun MTR station, exit/entrance B1. Really easy to find, even the first time you get there.

Nice staffs and clean room. Location also ok. Only two stops from central.

Rooms smell bad. Beds are super hard and uncomfortable. But good service and decent price.
