Very accommodating hotel staff and personnel. We will definitely come back again.

Perfect location. Small room but large bathroom. Many dust on curtain. Good view on rooftop. Amenities are premium. Nespresso machine.

Bad service. They didn't even gave me the access code for Wi-Fi. Very dirty and bad hotel. The ceiling in my room were full of dust. Reviews and pictures are deceiving. My room has no proper lighting and it was very dark. Stay away from this hotel. It shouldn't listed as a 4-Star Hotel.

A really nice, clean hotel on Ashley Road, a relatively quiet street in Tsim Sha Tsui. Our room was on floor 7. It was a decent size and one of the dark decor designs. Easy walking distance to the MTR, restaurants and shops. I used the small gym once too. Staff were friendly and efficient. An interesting rooftop space can also be accessed via one elevator only that has lounge chairs and gives amazing views of Hong Kong, especially at night.

Room quite spacious compared to other hotels in Hong Kong. Mtr is just at nearby within walking distance and there's alot of food around this area, easy access.

Location was really good, close to public transport, shops and some touristy places. Room was good. Mini bar got replenished daily for free which was a nice perk. Staff were helpful and attentive.

Very chic hotel with nice staff. Clean and modern rooms. Check-in is from 3pm, but we could also get to the room a little earlier. Check-out is very fair at 12o. Luggage can be left at reception for storage. The Wi-Fi is reasonably fast and you are just perfect for exploring the city by foot or by public transport. Getting from the hotel to the airport is also a breeze (whether by bus or train). We had a superior room.

I stayed at this hotel last month. I booked on Trip application. I choose this place because It’s nearby MTR and shopping center. I love the ambience. Black color. My room is not so big but good for 2 person. The bathroom was gbig enough. The room is clean. They provided free pocket Wi-Fi and free mini bar. Very good.

Hi folks I stayed for three week the staff where great helpful room cleaning was great all in all good location walk to everything. Just one thing I had a nice good size bed desk large shower all clean and great one thing soiled it a bit little seating sofa could have been clean looked like thing have been dropped on it this would only take half hour maybe but would make a hugh difference other than that great stay my do again next year.

Guy on reception was a bit grumpy and not just with me, the Wi-Fi was a pain — other than that the stay was fine and the other staff were very helpful. Was a bit worried about noise from the street but no issues. Easy access and well located.

Easy to find & convenient location. Close to some late night food places. Internet is not terribly fast but bearable. Room was a little small.

The hotel had great service and it was in a great location close to many major shops such as esprit and a big malls such as isquare.

Nice boutique hotel in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Very close to the MTR and Harbour City and other local amenities. The rooms were clean and we got upgraded from a suite room to the presidential suite. For Hong Kong hotel standards, the presidential suite was quite large. Has an oversized bathroom that contains a shower, two sinks, and a big enough jacuzzi for two. As well, there was a queen bed in the bedroom, a living room, a balcony, and also a separate patio. Was a very comfortable stay, but then again, we'd expect it to be for the presidential suite, so maybe other rooms' experiences are different. The hotel staff were friendly and was able to store our luggage until late at night before our flight.

It's in a convenient location but cabs don't drive past the entrance. It looks like a budget love hotel or massage parlor with extras from the lobby (purple neon lighting and black faux marble). I half expected an overstuffed black leather couch with a faux marble ashtray on a glass table. The person checking us in had the enthusiasm of a zombie. We asked for a later checkout and before we even finished our sentence a girl that had her back turned the entire time abruptly said, no, hotel is full. After a very hot and humid elevator ride I expected the room to be dirty but it was surprisingly clean. The Wi-Fi barely works, we had to repeatedly sign in. The stuff in the fridge is free and there is a cell phone you can use while you stay there.

Great location, friendly staff, reasonably priced for the area. The deluxe room's size was good, the wash room was modern, bed was comfortable but the couch could have been cleaner. A better exhaust for the wash room would have also been nice. Would recommend the hotel.

Great and really friendly service! The Location is awesome and the rooms are beautiful and clean! My favorite Hotel in Hongkong and during your stay you will receive a smartphone with free high speed internet for Wi-Fi — hotspots. The price is really fair and definetly worth for it! Looking forward to book here again!

Chic, elegant, super convenient location in TST. Small rooms, but that's par for the course in this area. Courteous, helpful staff.

Visited a local friend. Even she was impressed with the place for the price. It is right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui and a great place to take family or just see the area. Free minibar was a huge plus. Just a few drinks but perfect after a flight. Everything you could want is right there. Isquare exit from the MTR station is about 3 min walk.

Strategic location in the hearts of Kowloon city. Though the room are not that spacious but very convenient and well decorated. Suitable for couples or single traveller. Breakfast availability would be perfect for this hotel.

Nice clean hotel, 3 blocks from Nathan road, good central location and still quiet enough at night to sleep. Hard to find by taxi driver, even though the address says Peking road, it's really on Ashley Avenue off the Peking road.

Clean, classy and comfortable hotel. Clean room, great layout, sizeable bathroom that comes with bathtub. Toiletries provided are Chopard brand. Smell great. All rooms comes with mobile phone comes with free usage of data and local phone calls that provide great convenient for tourists to bring out around HK. Great service from the staff at the lobby too. Recommended stay.

I stayed for over a week at this hotel, the staff was extra friendly and it was a great location. Terrence was great at the front desk, very informative, friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back to this hotel over any other hotel in this area.
