The worst service ever. I was robbed in this hotel I visited Guangzhou for a weekend and I stayed here for a night and few hrs after I realised I left two pair of expensive shoes (for woman) in the duplex suite. My boyfriend called inmediately and they told him they will look into and calls us back THEY NEVER DID, we waited for days. We send emails they never replied We called again and they said they found them. They mailed them to hk, I paid for the deliver and turned out to be a pair old man shoes. They hasn’t replied my texts or mails since it. The staff are thief and liars.
It is an old place and facility are almost outdated and the crew is not so pro with foreigners But it's location are good and very near to metro station.

Typical older Chinese hotel. Non stop construction on mall just outside the window. Cleaner rooms than most in China of this age, but still rather dirty and dusty. Breakfast horrible.
