First class hardware, third class service. Having used this landmark complex 5 times last year. I have to say this is a great architecture and engineering piece. However, my memory with the airport is fat from pleasant. It is lack of quality service. Specially, the traveler flows in security check and border clearance are very poorly arranged. It seems no one manages the customer experience. In the peak hours, the area just looks like a old time market. Terrible.

There're some automatic machines for SIM card, but they are always out of order, and people nearby will sell the same SIM cards at much higher prices.

My toilet wasn't working so I showed them) If there was and minus start rate i'd give them — 5 stars!

Sent message to have the free shuttle service and they never got back to me, when I finally got in contact with them they spoke no English so kept hanging up the phone on me. When communicated in Chinese they said the shuttle was broken and had no concern for leaving us at the airport. Poor service with complete disregard for customer satisfaction do not recommend.
