Traveling the world, especially in South America, Renaissance Santiago Hotel always has a special place in my heart. The front office staff are always very professional and kind during check in. The restaurant food is quite tasty with nice presentations during buffet times. The concierge staff is always willing and able to take care of my needs both in a business and relaxing manner. I am a Platinum, almost Titanium, member and love this location!

Lovely hotel and rooms. Pool and outside area really nice. Spa downstairs, free to use jacuzzi and sauna. Staff at reception very helpful. Opposite large mall with lots of eateries.

Transportation from/to airport and in the city: Walter, Front Desk : Alejandro, Executive Lounge: Marcela, Room Service: Javier, they let our family feel like home, an outstanding location, decor and restaurantes were the cherry on top! Marriott standards at their best!

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. The accommodations and entire hotel is nice (beautiful views) but it’s the staff who made it such an incredible experience! Everyone was kind, extremely helpful and genuinely cared about us having a wonderful stay. I especially want to call out Fabricio (DBar), Victor (bell hop) and Walter & Olivia (Concierges) who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us enjoy our stay to the fullest. The concierges were so amazing in making our stay special. We’ve travelled all over the world and our stay here was one of the best experiences with hotel staff we’ve ever had, from the front desk managers, to lounge staff and housekeeping, every interaction was exceptional. I hope the manager of this hotel knows what a great team he/she has and other hotels should take notes from the hiring and training of this hotel staff.

Go to a wedding party all excellent both the facilities of the pool terrace, as the attention.
Once in the basement in the food and dance is sinrio too cold in the early morning as it is open towards Av. Kennedy so you have to wear a coat.

It is small but very nice place and cozy… I recommend visiting definitely.

Great quality service, with very helpful staff. Visit Raul at the bar for some great drinks. There was a bar on the roof, but it was being renovated, which was very unfortunate, as rooftop bars are very rare in Santiago. The pool wasnt heated, which was the only downside I could say. There are two dinner restaurants downstairs, along with a breakfast buffet, which are also available.

Poor management at a beautiful hotel. Staff is friendly and courteous. The hotel itself is also maintained perfectly. But the management oversells this hotel to such an extent that I had to wait one hour for my room.

A good place for meeting and events in the week and also on weekends, cn a great bar for after office and 2 good restaurants for a romantic evening.

The rooms are extremely comfortable. I felll asleep right away on the bed. The pool bar is lovely with plenty of seating both for drinks and for sunning. The mini fridge in the room does not get cold so don't plan to keep any drinks cold.

Amazing that does not serve the pool and never warned, does not serve the skybar and do not notice. One as a guest requires a service and there is no provision on the part of the staff! Well located and nice but with little interest for the guests.

Nice hotel, but in a location that requires cabs to get to the main areas of the city. Also the lounge doesn't do open bar like most Marriotts outside of the US. Otherwise, great staff.

The restaurant taste very nice, and the attention very good, but at least the brunch leaves a lot to be desired, there was a caprese salad with old tomatoes, the pizza was in a container where one would normally put stew or a soup, so it was all soft because it He cooked with steam. The bacon was burnt, like a stone without taste. Nothing had a good touch of chef, they were all loose ingredients and not the best quality. The dessert part a little better, but they don't get to save the experience. I recommend much more the brunch of the Ritz-Carlton hotel, where all the ingredients are incredibly good and also shows the chef's touch. With this we were very excited because we hear good things, but after this experience I do not think we return more.

Outstanding hotel in Santiago. Great for the international business travel. Only negative is the distance from downtown.

Excellent 5-Star boutique. Very good service from the staff who always kindly recommend places to visit. Impeccable decor. 200 meters from Arauco Shopping Park and easy access.

What an awesome hotel! Chic with many dining options, the cuisine, the decor, the staff and everything about this hotel is fabulous. And I am a very frequent traveler having Marriott Platinum status for life. I have seen some pretty incredible hotels and this one ranks among the very best. Giving five stars was easy.

Hotel is great! Very beautiful with friendly staff. The pool and outdoor bar is very relaxing and well decorated. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Hotel has sauna, massages and spa as well as a swimming pool.

Wonderful staff. Great food! The beds are cozy. No need for adapter. Amazing shower heads. Def some construction to improve the lower level area. Gym was decent too.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very helpful and made getting taxi's etc very easy. Even coming back to the hotel, the gave us the taxi service card, we just called told them our location and they came and got us.

The hotel is elegant and comfortable. The restaurant is very good and friendly people. Especially Luis and Natalia serving spa, whirlpool and sauna, who are very attentive. However we do not recommend taking massages at the spa. They are very expensive and the people who make them are not experienced. With my husband, we pay $37.000. — for massages of 50 minutes, that the truth were more about relaxation, very soft. And my husband was worse than how he came, with more back pain. Another thing is that the hotel does not provide breakfast having to pay for it separately and is quite expensive, $15.000 per person. Whereas many hotels if they included it, this is a point against. And finally, we had an unfortunate experience that was his wrist watch was left to my husband in the drawer of the nightstand. We had left the room on Sunday at 12:00 o'clock and realized on Monday at 9:00, call and after searching the room, we were told that they found nothing. Regrettable because it means that who made the toilet found it and did not deliver it.
