I will recommenced the pretty hotel. The staffs supporting to make you feel good they all very kind and done a great job. Only breakfast to eating for five weeks. Its was very conflict eat the same think over and over again. Same fruit, egg bacon No good, sausage bad a few same example. Sincerely Mrs Paulina Gallardo.

The Neruda hotel has an unbeatable location for foreign tourists, allows great accessibility to all the tourist attractions of Santiago. The building is modern, very clean and with pricda security which guarantees a super quiet stay. The rooms are very spacious, very comfortable, well set for rest and silence. For booking and improving the rate I contacted the Reservations Department and reached an agreement with a correct and successful service. All the staff is very respectful and does their job very well. It is a Great Hotel for your rating and I recommend it 100%!

Hotel was the cheapest I could find in Providencia neighborhood. Room is clean and wide, bed is good. Breakfast is also good. Bathroom could be better, but still OK. I recommend staying at Neruda.

Really a disaster The apart hotel a minimal poor view room and with a huge wear for 164 dollars a night the attention cordial staff very young without experience and no guide of the 7 nights that we were going to stay alone support 2 so we went to another.

A quiet hotel its pool is not as big as it appears in the photo and the rooms comfortable but with little lighting.

Nice hotel, good location. Staff very friendly and attentive to our needs. The only thing I can claim is that in the pool classes are dictated and cannot be used during those hours. There should be a sign indicating schedules for guests to swim freely.

Very nice Hotel with very comfortable rooms. Breakfast typical of any hotel, nothing outstanding. The prices are quite high to consider the type of room we booked. In addition it was not available a simpler room in that minute and therefore the stay was more expensive.

Hotel Neruda ist located in Av Pedro de Valdivia 165. It has dinner, breakfast and room service. Wi-Fi available for two users per room. There's also a gym inside the hotel.

I went to an outside sale that took place there. The hotel did not have parking. I didn't know the hotel, just a lounge with a lot of people.

Very good service and with very comfortable rooms strategic place as it is in the heart of Providence very close to mall and restaurants along with a wonderful view of the mountain range.

In Providencia at present it is difficult to find some accommodation with a higher quality/price ratio than the hotel Neruda. It means that the rooms are comfortable and they are very clean, the service and the courtesy of the staff are impeccable.
Due to the central position near the Metro Pedro de Valdivia is a hotel very frequented by businessmen and guests who are traveling for work reasons. I shocked of the number of families obviously on holiday because in the outskirts of Santiago there are several places more apt for this purpose — and much more economical.
Valuing the above, the hotel deserves five stars — if it would offer a consistent breakfast of fresh, healthy food. There are few fruits in baskets — more as ornaments than for consumption — but the variety of papayas, pineapple, melon, mango, Cherimoya… that I found in all the hotels I visited before in Lima and La Paz, is absent in Neruda. Almost all fruits come from cans. The juice is water with sugar and little flavor. Ham and cheese are factory preparations… coffee, at least, is true and without "Noescafé".

Excellent and friendly service in the hotel restaurant. Good food. The menu of the lunch spectacular and at a good price, although very salty. Controlling that detail, all wonderful.

We really liked the room on the first floor side super quiet no noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the great location.

The location is explendid, because it's close to the mall and the market. Also, it's a quiet spot and easy to reach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, including the bathrooms. The only problem is that the breakfast isn't fully replaced, so if you get late you may not have the full menu available.

Good apartments if you are for business trips in the capital, with nice view on santiagos highest tower and a park next to it. Great possibility to eat good food around the hotel.

TOTAL SCAM, NOT TO BE TRUSTED If you happen to end up in the apart hotel as I did be aware the same building contains same rooms of different hotel such as Cambiaso with half the rates Management of Neruda is aware and they keep charging twice the cost TOTAL SCAM My attempts to talk to Mr Milton as the MD of this place where turned down with silence as they know well what they do is ETHICALLY WRONG…
