This is a very nice hotel by any standard, but especially from what I was lead to believe that I might expect in South America. The lobby and surrounding lounges are modern and comfortable. The hotel has several restaurants on its premises making eating here very convenient. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I have a standard room as compared to the "upgraded" room that I was told that I could pay more for. I imagine that the upgraded room has been updated. However, even the room I'm in is comfortable and spacious. The bed, although not 5 star rating, is fine. The furnishings are OK; much better than a similarly priced room in the U. S. My only complaints about my room are that the bathroom is quite dated and the electrical outlets use two different plug formats. I brought adapters from the U. S. Which work in some outlets. The hotel staff provided me with adapters for the other outlets, so I really don't have any complaints with this. The hotel is located in the heart of the city with a large variety of restaurants and shopping within an easy walking distance. There is a quite large, several story shopping mall about 5 blocks from here where you can find nearly anything under the sun.

We went to a birthday event in the lower floor convention room. The place was very nice and the service was amazing! Although I'm not sure whether it was the hotel's staff or the hired caterers… Either way, this place was a beautiful location for an event!

Lobby is beautiful. Really great service. Half of the rooms are old.

Great access to shopping mall with a 2-block walk. Multiple restaurants connected to hotel and across the street. About 25 minutes taxi from airport and 10 minutes taxi from City center square (plaza de armas). Confortable beds and space in the rooms. Breakfast buffet is amazing.

Excellent rooms (Deluxe). Excellent communication (telephone, Internet, terrestrial). Well located, close to Metro, buses, squares and restaurants. Good food, excellent breakfasts and dinners.
The personal attention is first level. Nothing to other hotels. Santiago de Chile = Beautiful city.

The shower had to let it run for several minutes to get out hot water, the coffeemaker did not work, the maintenance service did not come at the moment, and above I wanted to charge room consumption that I did not. I don't recommend it, it doesn't live up to what it should be.

It Is Jn Elegant, but not luxurious place. Ample spaces and good service. It Has parking lots, but it'S hard to find the entrance. In the end, I parked in the neighboring hotel, on the same block. The Space offers comfort and good acoustics. The presenter has several screens, but only sees the one behind his back, as there are pillars that leave him as locked in the center.

I understand this is a 5 star hotel, but the truth is that our experience with my family was 1 star!
The room was the only thing that was according to the category of the hotel, very nice! Good location, near the Shopping Costanera Center.
Breakfast was not what we expected, but it was fine.
Regarding the attention we had problems since we arrived until we left! We made several claims, and none was solved in time and form. We wouldn't go back.

I attended an energy efficiency convention at this hotel. The place is very elegant, clean and spacious.

In The room There are also the kit for ironing and the safe.
Good area, close to the Sky Center Costanera, a pedestrian distance from the cableway to climb to the sanctuary of San Cristobal a few steps from the River Walk — however in the modern and safe area of the Uphici — excellent choice of pedestrian distance restaurants.
Nice rooftop pool on the top floor.
Breakfast… here, on this I would have expected more considering the level (and the very high price) of the hotel, especially I did not like being told that a cappuccino I would have to pay it aside, when for the rest I just eat a croissant and a little ' fruit. How much is a cappuccino? Maybe 30 cents of US $? So why make me pay (and even so much) when I'm spending 200 US $ A night? It's a drop in style!
Attention, the Wi-Fi line in the room is also an "optional" fee. Honestly, it's been 15 days since I've been moving all over South America, and this is the first time I've ever been.

Great location (near the busy Santiago, excellent restaurants and mall). There are three buildings, the oldest one is terrible but the other newer buildings are worth the stay. Good breakfast.

Strategic location. The hotel rooms are available in new and old tower (as at Feb 2018), which differ in prices. Do enquire before booking.

The hotel has a gym, restaurant, bar and a swimming pool on the top floor. It is located in a nice area near a big shopping mall which one can go on foot. The only disadvantages were that I had a little problem with the internet service, that it was solved quickly, and the other one was with the taxi cabs which are expensive. If you need one, I suggest you take one on the street.

We stayed in the new tower and it was great. Beds are super comfy and the breakfast that’s included is awesome.

The hotel is good, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It is unpresentable that a hotel of its level, does not have free parking for its guests. Your page is also not clear about it, it only indicates that there is parking available. Breakfast is pretty basic in variety. I don't think I'll go back there.

Excellent in all the details. Quality in relation price and the strategic location for shopping in the most important mall.

Stayed here many times. Whilst the bathrooms in some rooms could do with an update, this hotel is generally of a very high standard. The staff are always extremely friendly and happy to go out of their way to meet requests, even when messaging from abroad.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Sanhattan. Good public parking. High rates.

Hotel with excellent location in Santiago, for the security of the sector, nice surroundings, close shopping centers and good transport. The attention is very good. The rooms are comfortable with good views. Has good kitchen.

Elegant and Stylish. Great staff, and convenient location. Update from later visit — Whilst the staff remain fantastic and attentive, the rooms are less than great. Second time in a row I have had a room with significant plumbing issues. Slow draining sinks and showers. Also, phone system is showing signs of neglect with one in my latest room not working, and unable to be repaired.

Unfortunately, I have mixed feelings about this place, but it was two things that caused me to post. First, the taxi service on the property is WAY OVERPRICED. I needed to go somewhere and the concierge confirmed with the driver, and told me 8000 pesos. Though it was expensive, I took it anyway. When I arrived he charged me 10, 000. He said thats what he told the concierge. (One is lying. ) I took a regular black and yellow cab back it it was only 3400 pesos. SO, the hotel promotes the overpriced taxi for 3X the amount of a normal taxi. Next, the hotel allows smokers to smoke right in front of their main entrance. You cannot enter or exit the hotel without getting a whiff of nasty smoke. Why isn't there a place for them? Some people are allergic to smoke, how will they enter or exit the hotel? However, I will say that the staff was friendly and courteous and the room was awesome.

Odd setup with two towers that don't connect. I felt like I was walking back and forth a lot. The room was nice and the breakfast was good. I didn't try any of the restaurants.

Even when are they unemployed? Neighbors have been over two weeks holding "Carnival" and the noise is very unpleasant. Settle their disputes behind closed doors.

It was a week of work but very good to meet and rescue knowledge to improve on my hosting family hostel URKU INTI.
