Excellent facilities, very clean and hygienic, just a few tips. I asked at reception multiple times without specifying anything if they could pack my breakfast before 8 AM. Impossible came the day and we had to leave without breakfast. I advise you more empathy with foreign guests, more appropriate music, better internal communication between the garzones ahh and that the maids do not forget to replace the toilet paper please.

Yesterday we went to eat upon the recommendation of the pisco sour, which was indeed rich, but nothing to envy to the Stadium Spanish or Lima East. Attention very bad and slow. We had to ask for the bread, just when you sit down and you order the appetizer should already be there. I wanted to take the sour with the "anthology of seafood" that after quite a wait it arrived as a "trilogy", another dish that, while changed, was still waiting. I finished the sour without tasting a shellfish, with a bit more creativity in the names of the charter, problem solved!. Came the anthology. Staining jar, two oysters and shrimp and calamari… "sauteed"? Frozen seafood cooked in its own water with no taste to anything, until salt I was missing! And if you do not have many natural… don't put! A fraud the dish by more than 12 thousand and some weights. We ask for wine, bring it, and there was in the container with ice without serving. Again expect, the ice water dripping as for servise yourself… and in any case is not the minimum in a 5 star hotel? Then we ordered a tartare of ostrich and beef. Rich, fresh and well cut with a knife… but it came with 4 slices of bread. A few slices of toasted bread with butter are more noble (and contuntendes)! In summary, very bad experience, in cuisine, service and style. Zero style. No music environmental finally cover the noise of the reel in the kitchen or a lighting interesting… nothing. Much to improve to be a 5 star.
