The place is wonderful, the infrastructure very nice. A little overrated in terms of quality as a hotel and the food services they offer.

The place of the cabins is very good and very nice, but we didn't have access to the Internet and that was a small issue, plus in my room there was no electrical contact and I couldn't charge my phone.

The place is amazing, unique, but they should put more emphasis on maintenance. There are many cluttered or dirty corners, closed walkways, etc. I am staying at this time and yesterday and today I claimed three times to please fix the bathroom deposit. At 300, 000 a night is inadmissible.

Room is very interesting as it is like being in a tree house but very nice. Its in the middle of the forest and there are a lot of hikes. The service is great but they speak very little english.

Huilo Huilo is a unique place, to enjoy the maximum family. Trails, waterfalls, deer, wild boars, etc. We were at the hotel Reino Funghi and we loved it. I do not put 5 stars because the food leaves a little to be desired.

Excellent hotel, magical! Pin! The breakfast is excellent, the cold cuts and the smoked salmon of first quality, yes there is smoked salmon at breakfast. Very good variety. The weekend buffet dinner is also excellent. To those who are foreigners I recommend to charge everything to the room account because when you pay the day you retire on the invoice do not include VAT, which is an interesting savings on that side, you can confirm this data at the reception. The prices of the accommodation are too high but it is worth it, you have to look for promotions.

IN CRE I BLE! The connection with nature, respect for everything and as preserved intact, the crazy feeling that one is in an enchanted forest. I recommend to closed eyes the whole reserve, it is beautiful and the story under which it is created is pure respect and humility towards nature and the people of the place. I loved.

Wonderful place, the concept of hotel immersed in the forest, although somewhat exaggerated in wood, gives priority to the environment, respecting coexistence with nature. A 10 for it.
Regarding the hotel, the good: the food, the facilities*, the attention of the staff, the views from the room. The bad: poor maintenance, there are "details" that should not be overlooked but are quickly discovered within hours of being housed. In addition, arranging in the middle of high season interrupting the break with hammer noises and tools near the rooms make you take points away from the hotel management. Given the place, I think paying what it costs is at the limit of fairness, but for the hotel itself, it is not at the rate level (2 adults / 2 children, USD670 per night).

The hotel is beautiful! The process to book (coming from the US) was a bit difficult, but once we did book the hotel, it was great. The rooms are very nice, and the location is great! The buffet food at the hotel was also very good. And they offer a lot of nice excursions. Many of the staff don't speak English very well, however.

A place to visit, if only for its originality! The restaurant and bar services are quite average. But the comfort of the room is very decent, and the spa is very nice, even if not to look at the details. The outside is conducive to walks. Children have fun.

The rooms are incredible. Some of them have a huge, dual jacuzzi. The trails are beautiful too. The view toward a the Mocho-Choshuenco volcanoes is just mesmerizing.

Mostly enjoyable stay and amazing setting and facility setting. Unfortunately the dogs living around our cabin carried on most of the night limiting our sleep. Stay in the hotel proper to avoid the noise.

Very nice hotel, but it is good that you value your workers. Half of the town of Neltume works on its hotels, without a contract or deposit. Not to mention the hours esclavisadores and hunger wages. Scoundrels.

Inesplicable mind-blowing other than to not stop to cook!

Since a couple of years I was there, a stunning experience at "Montaña Mágica", I loved their hospitality, their food, handcrafted beer, and their Sauna, an incredible overview of the Chilean forest, "Choshuenco" volcano, and "Pirehuico" lake, not cheap, but it worth it, recommended.
