The place is not the most luxurious and the options in terms of rooms and food are not too varied, but the location is unbeatable. Having the opportunity to stay on an island, amidst the turquoise waters of Lake Pehoe and with spectacular views of the towers has no comparison. There are more luxurious and better-equipped hotels, but the views don't get them anywhere else.

What a shame to be given these situations in the vicinity of one of the most colorful and visited parks, as it generates shame from others.

When I was in that place I had amazing a variety of meals all very rich, the people attending in the place very friendly. Only in the night I failed heating and hot water.

The best view ever. The hotel itself is good, yet simple. But the view makes it totally worth it. The restaurant is excellent though. If you want to hike though, I'd not recommend it. It's far from the trails. It's a place to relax and enjoy the view. The hotel offers private transfer to a few places in the park, but it must be scheduled in advance and is expensive.

Beautiful scenery. Hotel very comfortable but the attention is very bad overall the treatment of a couple of waiters and other employees is rude going to without respect is a very expensive hotel for the number of bad times we spent plus in the evening they did a party in the employee area that H Izo very difficult to sleep.

Fantastic location to see the Towers if you are not hiking. It sits on a small island; if you walk 30 seconds you get to the top, where you can see the lake with the Paine Towers behind.

Great restaurant in the middle of the park with an amazing view. If you go in the park is a must stop.

The hotel I would name rather box or barraically for Boy Scout is simply UNWORTHY and SHAMEFUL… the bathroom is good for washing animals…
No heating in fitness with local temperatures… no insulation in the rooms… In short a PIGSTY…
As for the restaurant… forgiveness for the real restaurateurs… I would not even give this food to my dog so it was abject.

Cool place on the lake overlooking the mountains. Rooms are rather spartan, but lets face it you don't come here to get a nice room. The view is what your paying for.

Positive? Well located. Negative? Dirty rooms. The hotel needs some repair and personnel need some trainning (rude frontdesk). Prices in the restaurant are salty similar to other places inside the park. More than US$100 for a regular couple meal.

An amazing location with great staff. Rooms and food are OK, but the view is well worth staying at this hotel.

It has a 5 star view, but a lot is subpart. You pay almost 200 dollars per night. For that price you would expect a lot more. It's not possible there to get pesos, so bring cash with you. In the hotel itself you can pay with credit card. The breakfast was good and is included, but the dinner is not so good. At least not what you would expect for a hotel in this price range. The room was OK, but the shower had almost no pressure.

Beautiful view over the lake. The food portions are huge and intended for hungry hikers.

Beautiful park. The value of the entry depends on if you are visitor national or foreign. 2 routes of trekking in the Park, known as the W and O can be. It is advisable to carry trekking poles if these routes are made. Inside, the Park has a series of campsites and shelters.

One of the most incredible experiences in my life. Did the W trek and it is something I will never forget. If there is one thing I wish that I had done differently it would have been to go right up to Chileno from the bus and not stay at the base refugio. The hike up to Chileno is fairly short (1-2 hours) and you would skip the first night where there isn't a lot to do other than sit around. This would make for a long "first day" of hiking where you would go up to the Mirador and then back down across to refugio Quernos but it would allow you to get up to refugio Grey on the back side of the W which offers a lot of fun activities like climbing and kayaking by the glacier. No matter which way you take this trip it will be unforgettable.

It is the most beautiful I've been in my whole life. It is not a calm day walk, it will really require your effort to complete it, but it is completely worth it, without any doubt this place is a MUST TO GO. Love IT! I did the W circuit and met so many people from all over the world. An Amazing experience.

We hiked the full circuit and now hold it as our high standard for natural beauty. We met people from across the world who made the trip to the end of the world to see this amazing place. Absolutely a delight to the eyes! What a magnificent view. Landscape of Cuernos, base Torres, lakes and most unforgettable. I walked every step of the W with not regrets! Loved it!

Beautiful place. I've been 2 times. The first I made the Trek W and the second the entire circuit. The entire circuit is wonderful. I didn't have much time and I did it in 5 days but usually are needed 8/9 days. Want to do this counterclockwise to be able to see the glacier (Hielo Sur) suddenly. Arrived at the pass will open a wonderful view … The campsites are perfectly organized. Some are free, others are paid (with better services). It's a trek that you must do at least once in their lifetime. Hiking W is fantastic although, clearly, you will enjoy all the beauty of this place.

My dad and I visited here for 3 weeks in 1991. Fitzroy and here. The most beautiful and remote place on the planet. He climbed Acancagua twice and is now 98. Great memories.

The hotel is the cheapest in the Park, has a clean and comfortable room. Is also in a beautiful setting. The only problems are that Wi-Fi is found only in the main building and you have to eat in their restaurant isn't exactly cheap.

Nice and good service, breakfast was on the lower end.
