Fantastic place! Great staff, excellent guides. AMAZING food!

Everything about this place exceeded my expectations! The views, the staff, the domes, the bathrooms, and the community domes are amazing. I stayed here 7 days and 6 nights in a standard dome that was well insulated for cold nights, plenty of space for 2 individuals, and the staff attended to your bedding every day. The bar and library domes we’re always well kept and very well decorated along with the outdoor patio space. The food was phenomenal with numerous new choices for a starter, main dish, and dessert every day. They provided a sandwich buffet every morning so you could pack as much food as you needed for your adventures that day. The staff in the dining domes were always pleasant and very attentive to your needs. I can’t wait to stay here again!

I’m going to start my last day in Patagonia with the reason why my Patagonian Birthday Trip was a success, I owe it all to Ecocamp Patagonia. I’ve never appreciated a more beautiful Eco friendly hotel. They go above and beyond to provide the best service to their guest. Its delicious Chilean cuisine due to its seasoned Chef ‍, Service (Hemana and Luna) headed by Ignacio (think Alfred from Batman), well informed Tour Guides such as Henry and Andres go above and beyond for their hikers. I woke up every morning for sunrise yoga class before each excursion with the sweetest instructors Nicole and Allison (Namaste)

From all the places I have ever visited, EcoCamp is one of the most inspiring concepts I have ever had the chance to experience. From the beauty of its location to its exceptional organization, EcoCamp has reached perfection. They offer everything you could dream of during a stay in Patagonia: spectacular views, a serene environment, gastronomic food, great outdoor activities and treks in the national park of Torres del Paine, cozy domes and a unique atmosphere where guests a…nd guides create a community. Eco Camp was the first geodesic dome hotel in the whole world, they have inspired many people to move towards a more sustainable way of doing tourism. I am so grateful that I had the chance to visit this breathtaking place. I can only dream of being part of this experience once more in my life. This a unique and beautiful place like nothing I have seen before. If you decide to visit Patagonia, make sure you stop by EcoCamp, it would be a big mistake to not do so.

We didn't camp here but saw a lot of tents on the campground. There is also a nearby building with bathroom and shower facility. It's very close to Refugio Grey where a large dining room, kitchen, and dormitory style rooms are located. Sorry, this was not the place I thought it was, as Timothy pointed out. I now remember this hotel is on the way to Refugio Chileno, near the main entrance parking lot, where all private vehicles must park, where your car cannot go further. Thank you for pointing out my mistake.

EcoCamp surpasses expectations. The tours, the food, the domes, the sustainability, everything is simply great, however, the best part of EcoCamp is its people. It is a group of people who love what they do and where they do it and that shows on every single detail. The entire camp is a luxury resort, you forget you're on a camping trip. The food is AMAZING! and the service is outstanding. I took one of the fall tours (mid April) and the weather was a mix of sunny and beautiful, to rainy and cold and also some snow. So be prepared for everything, even some parts of the park being closed. If you have been thinking about taking a trip to Patagonia, don't think about it anymore, do it and definitely consider EcoCamp, you will not regret the experience and come out as a new person.

Magic! This was a perfect stay. First of all the unique place with a view of the Torres. The domes are tastefully decorated and comfortable. The reception and the atmosphere are warm. The team on site is attentive to our NEEDS. The food is Excellent. Finally, the concept is ecological and it allows us to raise awareness and limit our impact in this exceptional environment. Thanks again!

The very best place in the world! I know these are major words but I am serious when o say it. The connection goes beyond nature, the people you meet there change your life. The staff are one of a kind and the service is out of this world good. The FOOD, the FOOD, the FOOD! You just have to go. It will change your life for the better. It will surpass any expectations you may have about any place.

Fantastic Eco Domes. Great staff, amazing food and bar. Free yoga classes, and the perfect back drop. Great tours offered from here as well. The staff is friendly, knowledge, and truly wishes to make your stay the best it can be. The domes are well equipped, very comfortable, and given the location reasonably priced. I'd give it six stars if this was possible.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The staff are excellent and love the place. The domes are cute and cosy. I would recommend a heated dome because it does get cold. The dinner here is really good, you wouldn’t expect it given the remote location. There is also a Patagonia store just a few minutes walk away which is good. No better location in Patagonia. Fantastic, friendly service in an ecologically sustainable resort. The domes are comfortable, warm, and Suite 9 at least has a spectacular view. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Go there.

We had an absolutely amazing time here. The staff was awesome, the food was awesome, the rooms were awesome, the bathrooms were awesome. I can't get over how great this place was. It is like a hotel so if you are looking to rough it, this is not for you. We ended up booking this when our first, traditional camping trek, got all booked up. Such a fortunate accident. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I stayed for three full days and had an amazing time. The hikes we're challenging when we wanted it to be and scenic and relaxing if we wanted that instead. The guides were wonderful people to get to meet and spend time with. Somehow we never really felt like tourists and we miss the place already.

When we arrived at Ecocamp Patagonia, we joined our group of yogis who had also made the journey from the US. We knew a few of them, but most were new friends. Spending the next several days with them we made friends for life. We practiced yoga daily with one of our favorite instructors, Tina Templeman, and then hiked our hips sore and our hearts full each day with our two local guides, Pablo and Claire. I was invited by our guides to share the local tea, matte. The tea… is bitter and strong but also fresh and vital. It is a communal experience as the cured matte in the cup and metal straw is filled with hot water and passed to the each person, who drinks the cup, then refills the cup with hot water and passes it on to the next person. When I first witnessed this on the streets of Buenos Aires, I thought people were getting high. But they were just being a community. Night at Ecocamp was a five star experience, Patagonia style. The lounge dome, the dining room dome, the bar dome, all connected and allowed all guests to connect. Walking to our private “home” dome to find that someone had started our wood stove burning was warm and relaxing. The night before we left, the rain fell hard and the wind blew strong. That continued in the morning and made for an exciting drive off the mountain. Fording a flooding creek across a dirt road in a 4 banger small sedan only added to the experience.

You know how you go somewhere with expectations, and inevitably you are disappointed in some way? Well… at Ecocamp Patagonia, my high expectations were blown out of the water… it was well beyond anything I'd imagined… amazing cozy domes with fires lit each day at 5pm by the staff… amazing exuberant guides from all over the world who had clearly done their studying about the local flora and fauna and history… amazing cocktails each night before dinner… unlimited Chilean wine with each 3 course dinner… oh, and then there's the National Park which is astonishingly beautiful. Do not hesitate for an instant to jump in and experience the JOY and beauty of this wonderful place.

Words cannot describe, and photo's cannot do justice to explain the fantastic experience my Wife and I had at Eco Camp. The feeling of going back in time to our roots is in the air, the staff were fantastic, the Guides were awesome! and the Views, food, culture and hikes were out of this world. What a great great experience.

EcoCamp is an amazing place! Very well organised, the domes are superb, the bed is so cozy we had the best sleeps! The food is great and there is so much of it! The best thing about EcoCamp is the staff. They have made our stay so special. The guides are incredible, so knowledgeable and they kept us going during the longer hikes.
Attention to details and understanding our needs was spot on. This was one of the best experience of our lives! Thanks to everyone at EcoCamp.
