The hotel is good, the location excellent and the staff friendly. However, the quantity and quality of the breakfast (which was the only service I used), should improve, extending the supply of products.
On the other hand, I was not granted the possibility to advance the check in.
In short, a hotel that meets, but surpassing the details I mentioned could be even better.

Very nice Best Western hotel with 2 restaurants located inside. Walking distance from the main square and the casino. Very nice place to stay as a 2 day stayover before an Antarctic cruise.

Adequate workspace, ample, good disposition of resources for presentation and training. Low heating point, improve for fall-winter weather conditions. Coffee service, good quality, little variety.

The hotel stays the same as many years ago, but remains impeccable, and always attentive to the details that the passenger expects, in their rooms. Always recommended, excellent location, if you want to be close to Dell City center.

We only had one night. (Punta arenas is not for more). Clean. With kettle in the room, tea and coffee. They give away a pisco. Take at night. Reasonable buffet breakfast. With parking.

All very nice and comfortable, the inexplicable are the problems with the Wi-Fi, is a lottery that works well for a while. The breakfast, as in other Best Western, is the jewel. Very comfortable and comfortable rooms. Very well located, close to the centre and the waterfront, not the shopping area. The restaurant service is limited in options but the one they have are top level.

At the time of the Chek-in, they had not registered our reservation so we waited 20 min until they solved it. The room was small but it was clean. The minibar with key, we called the front desk and we did not solve the problem. The hotel was very friendly and the room was very good.

Clean place, nice people, in the centre of the city, good breakfast, great place to sleep and stay.

I arrived at the hotel with my broken leg, and completely immobilized, without being able to bend it.
They didn't have facilities for the sick.
The wheelchair couldn't fit in the elevator.
When I was able to get on the third floor, with the help of my children, the door of the piece was too small to enter the chair, which had to stay outside the room.
And my children had to drag me to bed at a small table that was in the room.
They did not lend us any help, even though we requested them.
The next morning, when we retired from the hotel, they didn't want to loan us the wheelchair to transfer me to the airport.
I told them that finally I bought them the chair, I left them my card, I gave them a cheque. But no…
We were waiting at the entrance, insisting to see the administrator.
After a good time waiting with the transfer at the door of the hotel and with the people who walked in and watched us with curiosity, a gentleman appeared and informed us that we could use the chair.

For work I always have the possibility of choosing where to stay and I always choose to stay at Hotel Finis Terrae. It's the cosiest with a top notch Restaurant. The staff is attentive and always willing to help. This week in November I had the opportunity to be with my family and they were also delighted. The rooms are very clean.

Nice hotel with very friendly staffs. They are very helpful and can speak English. Location is so convenient just 2 mins walk to groceries shop and downtown.

In general it's a nice place. The cleaning staff could do with either new equipment or a refresher course. Windows were filthy. Breakfast is very basic, with echos of plastic fried eggs and juice "fresh" from the carton.

Comfy rooms, helpful staff and good food at the restaurant near the lobby. Parking can be a challenge though…

Great location in town and even better when you come by bus aa the bus station is next door. Rooms are clean, shower is hot and beds are good. A breakfast buffet is included. Recommended!

Best price/quality hotel in Punta Arenas. Perfect location, in the centre of the city. Great breakfast with view to the Estrecho de Magallanes. Cozy rooms, clean and confortable. Free Wi-Fi in every room. My choice to every trip to Punta Arenas, absolutely recommended. Also have a bussines room, bar and restaurant and parking.

With the cutting of streets, it is awkward to reach.
But the atmosphere is cosy.

A below quality Best Western when compared to others visited worldwide. The facilities are fine but the single room extremely small. When it comes to service the buffet breakfast was good but the bar area allowed smoking which prevented me from taking advantage of the coupon for a free drink. The Hostal Calafate or the Hotel Plaza are better choices to stay.
