Good place, cozy, clean and very friendly staff.

Very good, but keeps the problem of hot water, to control the temperature you have to open the sink key.

I liked the decoration of the rooms and all the implements that had in it, however the truth is that the shower is not easily regulated, the water is too hot (burning) and when lowered its temperature is too cool.
In addition, being 01:00 in the morning you can feel the conversations of the surrounding rooms, perhaps you could remedy only by talking in advance with those who book to respect the common sleep schedule. I wish they could take these aspects into consideration because it is a very beautiful place and where those who attend do so with kindness and respect.

Excellent place far the best of all the places I have been very comfortable the amazing attention with great regret I left, but I had to continue my journey I wish I could find them in other rescripts. Alice a love of person away won our heart a strong bezote for her. Carolina a love we didn't let her put her labors so much conversation that we put him hehe. And Marcela a 7 spent attending our requests very good memories 100% recommended a lot of luck for those people who make trips unforgettable.

Is agrádese the tremendous hospitality of this place, is delivered much more of what one would expect… We're very grateful.

I loved it! they treated me very well and as many say it was like being at home, everything very tidy and clean, the beds comodisimas, the breakfast very complete

This hostel is just wonderful! If you are visiting Osorno and want a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle I can’t recommend it enough. It is so clean! The beds are really comfortable, Wi-Fi is super fast and the staff are very kind and helpful. It is located 1 minute from the bus terminal and has all the big supermarkets on its doorstep. And if Osorno is a stopover for you then it’s great as there is a cinema in the newly built mall less than 5 mins walk away. The hostel also has a lovely little garden which you can sit in when the suns out. I ended up extending my stay as it was so nice and the staff so lovely.
