Recently I stayed at the hotel, I made several reservations (we were a large group) and when we arrived at the hotel they raised the price of the rooms, luckily I had the sheet with the reservations and we were able to make the initial price effective, the same happened on the day of check out, we had agreed a price for booking 1 room until 5 (check out was at 12) we agreed on a price and finally we ended up paying more. So be very careful with this situation. The other thing was the noise in the corridors and in the rooms you could hear everything that was talked about in the rooms next door. The good thing is the friendliness of the staff, nothing to say and the location. In the heart of Arica.
