Excellent staff attention, are the best, food is essential in these places and is one of the best you can find in the area. The view and tranquility are a fundamental part of this beautiful place. Whenever I return to Arica I have to stay there. I recommend it without hesitation.

She attends the hotel several times, very welcoming, attentive and gentle receptionist, but today I have to live a bad deal on the part of a maid in the middle of breakfast, because the night before we found stained sheets on our arrival, and I blame ourselves for it, that we missed the truth, totally out of place, was not educated, high, made us lose breakfast and day in the hotel, the staff can't do that kind of thing towards guests, face them that way, lack of hotel induction towards the staff. Watch out for your maids.

Breakfast good nothing to say, but I missed clothes to actually leave shoes and the hotel was not able to call or warn. I lost clothes if the maids pull out but coming home I realized what I lost. Eye with your maids should be more honest.

It was love at first sight. It is our second visit and there will certainly be many more. It is a beautiful place located on the same beach. You can see and hear the sea from anywhere. Minimalist and very beautiful rooms. If you are looking to connect with nature and disconnect from the world, this is the perfect place. The breakfasts are exquisite and the menu for dinner away the best we have tasted. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A 7.

Let the sound of waves crashing gently nurse you to sleep — you are literally on the sand of the beach! I thought it was great — simple and sustainable with a great breakfast also. Would recommend this place to anyone that desires a sustainable and pleasant stay in Arica, right on the beach.

Very nice hotel, all rooms with ocean view. The receptionist speaks fluent english and is very helpful. They went as far as preparing breakfast bag for us as we had to leave early for a flight. There is very little noise, unless you consider the brushing of the pacific against the shores as noise then again there is the seagulls, but they are quiet at night. There are 2 nice beaches located within very short distance. The rooms was very clean, but you could see some wear and tear here and there because of the salty breeze that constanstly hits from the pacific. I will give it 5 stars because of the food. The only thing I disliked was the fact that they had very cheap toiletpaper, I would have expected more for the price.

This hotel is incredibly peaceful and we truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was so nice and informative about the area. Breakfast was luxurious with warm varieties of bread and a different assortment of fruits and fresh juice everyday, accompanied by eggs. The walls and ceilings are thin, so we would suggest asking for a room upstairs. The unobstructed views of the ocean from every window in the hotel was truly amazing. Great place to stay if you are looking to relax and do not need an excessive amount of extravagance.

Absolutely loved it here! Gorgeous unobstructed views of the ocean in such a peaceful and intimate setting. The staff was incredibly helpful with informative about Arica and the all of the surrounding areas, and all work very hard to keep the hotel pristine. Breakfast was delicious and the fruit and juices change every day. We had the grilled pescado dish and ceviche mixto at their restaurant and it was great. Tips to ensure full experience: ask for a room upstairs, go to eat at the restaurant about 30-45 minutes after opening, and enjoy!

An impressive place, with a sophisticated simplicity, native wood in sight and a wonderful and natural environment, without television in the rooms, with a privileged view in all its rooms are without doubt the best tourist bets that offers Bella City of Arica. Congratulations.

Lack of TV in the rooms and although the family piece is aesthetically cute it is not very practical. There's no place to sit down to write something or use a notebook.

Fantastic hotel! Located right on the beach, all rooms have an ocean view. Waking up with the sound of the ocean and birds is an experience. The rooms are super clean, well organised and spacious. The hotel is ecoligical and sustainable. Staff are super friendly and speak different languages among which English, French, German, Dutch and Spanish. Breakfast is super, bread, fresh ground coffee, fresh fruits… Prices feasonable. Highly recommend in Arica!

A hotel full of buttocks! Haha has a beautiful view, it is quiet, the construction is new and adapts to any traveler. Cleanliness and comfort, a 7!

The worst "hotel" I've been to, it was a nightmare night, my bed had only a sheet and a blanket that produced me and my partner a rash that I will never forget, a hodgepodge with stables of rooms, is said to be sustainable and is made entirely of wood, that is, in Arica completely wood I have not seen, if that is integral architecture, organic and sustainable, someone please correct me, a pretentious and paternalistic vision for a business that is a delivery of services I remembered the heading of the Hotel, I won't forget the instructive that was in the room "The showers must be short", "do not make noise, " difficult thing, when the walls are practically paper, a light swallow in the bathroom where the mosquitoes will enter the night and devour you, the irony is that You can not close the bathroom door, why not having air conditioning is the only way to ventilate your room, there is no TV in the pieces, (probably the manager thought — TV is banned in the rooms — instead of leaving him to freedom of the guest of ENC Ender or Not) terrible, the kitchen is expensive, for the hot water you have to wait as 5min. Out of the shower, in front of the "hotel" there is a guaneria of seagulls that during the day will not let you rest, but do not worry the "hotel" will provide earplugs, yes, no joke, travel from Valdivia with my partner having booked for 5 nights, we hold only one.

The worst experience of my life, I thought it was a hotel, but I found a pasture, basic to not more power, would not return although I will pay and as Ivan says, it seemed ironic to say sustainable, in an environment where all constructions are mud, brick or reinforced concrete, a hotel joke I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It is a wonderful place, quiet, has excellent service and is friendly to the environment, if you need to rest, far the best alternative in Arica is the Hotel Apacheta.

Fabulous hotel right on the beach. Great styling and the view from the room was just stunning! A great place to relax and rejuvenate after some long drives and hikes in the mountains. Great food and friendly service. The bed was super comfy and just didn't want to get up! Perfect!

Nice and clean hotel, confortable and its next to the beach!

I write this review from the open dining space with its magnificent views to the ocean, the overpowering smell of the sea drifting through every space, and the dominant sounds of the waves crashing onto the rocks just before me. This hotel is bliss. Every detail is perfect, from the traditional woven fabrics in the rooms and lounge rooms to the natural materials used in its construction and the eco-friendly principles that unite this hotel with its natural environment. The food here is delicious also, with some great vegetarian options. The only problem is having to leave.

This hotel provides lovely views of the surrounding area and is from walking distance to many great locations. The staff is friendly and helpful, together with an eco friendly system in place through the entire hotel. Great!

Very nice modern eco hotel placed by the shore using a very efficient structure with big spaces and comfy rooms. The staff is very nice and counts with everything you could need for a good rest. It is a bit far form downtown, but sometimes that's a plus.

Great hotel! Excellent value for money and the oceanview simply cannot be beaten. Very friendly staff and nice, clean rooms.

Missing the possibility to eat something at the hotel in the evening (even a single-dish menu would do it). And also, considering how the sea/salt affect wood you'll need to work hard to keep it as it is for our next visit!
