You get what you pay for — for better or worse. According to Expedia, this was the cheapest option available in Yorkton. I had to stay unexpectedly for the night, so that worked for me. The front clerk was pleasant and helpful and even offered a free toothbrush and toothpaste. The room was a little dark and had some lumber and debris a few feet away from the front door outside. They should remove the debris. Otherwise the room was clean and pretty acceptable.
The motel was clean, and maintained. The essential supplies we're there, soap, shampoo, clean towels etc. Definitely not a luxury hotel bet we'll worth the price we paid.

Not impressed by having to run the hot water for five minutes before it becomes hot enough to shower — such a waste of water. Imagine every guest doing that every day. Fix the plumbing! We had a mix up at check in but it was resolved rather quickly. Owners are nice, hotel could use some work.
