Hotel itself was good, Beds were comfy, reception staff were great, breakfast was really good and we were impressed it was not the same breakfast every day. Rooms were clean but the housekeeper was extremely rude. The first morning after we returned from breakfast we had the do not disturb sign on our door as we were coming back to the room to get ready for the day before heading out. The housekeeper was very aggressive and asked if we wanted our room cleaned and when we said yes, she told us to turn the sign on the door. We tried to explain we were not ready to head out quite yet but she was quite rude and made it clear she wanted to do the room right away. The next morning we forgot to put the do not disturb sign on the door and at 0830 she pounded on the door so hard we literally thought she was trying to break the door down. My mom opened the door and again she was very aggressive and asked if we wanted our room cleaned. My mom said yes but not right then. My mom apologized for forgetting the do not disturb sign and put it on then. This woman seriously needs an attitude adjustment. Who wants to be woken up by beating on the door at 0830 when we aren't checking out that day? We were definitely not happy. So much for sleeping in on vacation. I am not sure if I would stay here again because of the treatment from this woman.

Unfortunately, although they have some nice rooms here, you can't be sure you'll get one of them. I thought I'd figured out how to get a good room by reserving a room in the South Wing or North Wing, but last time I wound up in the dingy old Pool Wing anyway. The staff confirmed that although a good room can be requested with a reservation, it can't be guaranteed. If you don't mind taking your chances on the room, this hotel has friendly helpful staff, a good location near the highway, and a better breakfast than most.

The room was clean and we had the "roll in shower room". It was very nice and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a computer desk to check work emails. We also had a love seat to watch TV instead of having to sit on the bed like other places. The staff was great and the breakfast was very god and hot. I was on a family trip this time, but do travel about 3 ties a year for my work. I work for the Provincial Government in Manitoba. I will definitely book my next business rooms with Best Western and take advantage of the Government employee discount. All in all it is a great place to spend the night.

So far, the best in/hotel in Swift Current. The pool is open which is neat (open area) kind of between 3 hallways — super cool. Not enough plugs though. You'll be unplugging lamps and clocks to make sure you can charge everything.

My wife and I have driven accross Canada and this hotel has been, by far, our best experience! Last minute, on a Saturday, we were able to get a honeymoon suite, hot tub, seating area, king size bed, fire place, with an awesome breakfast for $180. The staff was amazing, bed was so comfortable, the hot tub was powerful and comfortable. We will always plan our trips so we can come back again and again! Everything was more than we expected, except the price. Thank you.

This was my second time here at this location. I really like this hotel. The staff is great, location is quick and easy and the room o stayed is was a suite with jacuzzi tub. Huge room, quiet and very clean. The mattress was totally broken down but they were notified of that. I will be back to this hotel again.

Two friends and I stopped in Swift Current for one night on a road trip through Saskatchewan. The hotel was handy to the highway, and the buffet breakfast was great — loved the waffles! Staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was the lack of an elevator, as I was slightly incapacitated, but my friends kindly carried my suitcase up the stairs to the second floor for me. The room was pleasant the and bed was comfortable.

Decent place and nice people. Rooms are clean. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

I love staying at this location when I'm in Swift. The staff and accommodations are excellent. Ease of access to downtown and highway make it easy to get in and explore and when its time to hit the road again its a breeze.

This is a nice hotel. Clean rooms quiet, breakfast was fine tipical choices. Coffee could have been stronger, eggs seemed fake. Great location a block away from an Original Joe’s where we had a really good dinner. Also easy access into the highway.

The stay I had was really homey. It was a big room and had a really nice shower. Super clean and nice. Good friendly service.

The rooms where clean and warm. The beds comfortable. Plenty of hot water for the deep bath tubs. Breakfast was amazing. Over all I really enjoyed my stay.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, awesome breakfast spread. Got a large king room, nicely furnished. Decor and finishes are old, motion sensitive bathroom light switch turns off every 5 minutes while trying to shower, annoying! Good location.

A great gem of a hotel. Beautiful spacious rooms with kitchenette and large bathroom/bathtub, my favourite part was the huge breakfast spread in the morning. Lots of choice and good eats! Highly recommend this place if you are staying in Swift Current, SK!

This may be as good as it gets for Swift Current SK. It is very simple, but does the job for a night's stay while travelling. Nothing fancy, but a simple, clean room. Hotel is located just a couple minutes from the trans Canada hwy. Friendly front desk staff and free breakfast and Wi-Fi. Pool. Convenient free parking. Ironing board/iron, Fridge and coffee maker in room. Room smelled a little off… not sure what that was all about, but nothing major. Rooms are typical, kind of 90's style, no view — my room looked to the window of another hotel room. All-in-all decent.

Always a great hotel to stay at. Staff has always been polite and courteous and tried to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. Room was nice and clean. Only 4 stays for this stay as the bed in our room was pretty uncomfortable where we could feel the springs (first time we had that in over the 15+ stays we've had at this hotel over the years). Still will be looking to book here for our stay for Christmas holidays.

Nice and well kept property. Very straightforward and no-frills accommodation. The pool and hot tub facilities are good. Room I had was very spacious and clean although a little dated the bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast in the morning is very well done for being included as part of your stay!

Our recent stay at the Best Western Inn was a pleasant experience for three senior ladies staying in the same room. The staff greeted us with freshly baked cookies and fresh fruit, how lovely! The staff were so pleasant and helpful and put us into a nice room together that more than met our needs. If you like to eat breakfast, this is the place for the best breakfast we have ever had the pleasure to eat. Freshly baked ham was a wonderful surprise along with so many other food choices, nothing was missed! We checked out with full bellies and happy thoughts about our terrific experience. We will definitely stay at this hotel when travelling west in the future.

Nice, clean hotel with comfy bed. Very friendly and caring staff helped me find suitable parking for my truck and oversized trailer when I arrived late. Lots of selection at the free breakfast buffet, including GF options. Second stay at this hotel for me: great service both times. Obviously, management instills this professional and guest-centered approach to all staff. Well done.

Hotel is in a great location. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was a pleasant surprise when I walked in as it was a min suite and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area and would highly recommend this motel to anyone I know.

Great hotel, we were cycling across Canada and this was a much needed rest stop. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and with a pool, hot tubs, sauna and fitness centre, we were able to have a relaxing and stress free stay. Also hot breakfast was great. Very clean rooms, quiet, private and the beds were comfy. Right beside a big mall with anything you could need, and a nice 15 minute walk to the downtown, we had a great stay. Laundry facilities were easy and reasonably priced, oh and our room was super cooled by the ac unit which was amazing since it was blistering hot outside!

The best western inn is very clean and has great service I'd recommend it to others for those 2 main reasons. The 3rd reason shouldn't go unmentioned, they serve a real good breakfast buffet type style. Down side would be that the breakfast starts at 6:30 but aside from that… over very good service and stay over all.

Absolutely best hotel stay ever. Every interaction with every staff member was friendly and positive. Saw managers working and serving guests cheerfully. Quiet room. Excellent breakfast with plenty of gluten-free choices. Nice pool, with space to eat while watching the kids. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location was good. Bed and pillow very comfy. Breakfast plentiful but hot food not hot. Did not get a chance to use pool or exercise room.

Booked a 4 day stay here with my family. Within 15 minutes my 10 month old found a codeine pill on the floor by the hot tub. When told about this the front desk clerk couldn't have cared more. No offer to have a cleaner run through the room or anything. So my wife spent an hour searching the floor for more pills before feeling comfortable enough to put our daughter down. Very gross experience. The hotel itself was OK, nothing special. Btw I am a diamond member of this hotel chain and if they don't care about me, they definitely wont care about a regular Joe off the street.

2ndary hotel in back of building that they run… it's badly in need of reno. BUTTS and glass on walkway outside motel door. Poorly taken care of although you can tell the housekeeping is decent. FAR TOO EXPENSIVE for what you get. Should be a 50 $ room not 120

It was nice the beds and rooms are awesome we had a suite and it was nice access in the hotel and outside so good for my mom who's a smoker and me who had a baby! Pool was nice warm salt water so we could go in and the hot tub was a little gross but all in all it was nice breakfast was really good real ham and eggs omelets and sausages mmmm mmmm! Was great!

Best Western Port o Call, Calgary has the best staff and services to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Water slides, Multiple hot tubs, resteraunts and a coffee garden. Awesome.

I stayed here with my son on our way home from Kelowna BC (Aug 8th 2015). The room we had was a pool room. The room was well kept and clean, but in need of some updates … my guess would be due to it being a pool side room, more wear and tear to the room. The beds were new and very comfortable, the staff was very helpful and pleasent. The contiental breakfast was good. Awesome price for what hotel amenities they had. The pool was salt water and amazing, there was a hot tub in pool area, also a separate spa room on each end of the building with an amazing hot tub in both … along with a dry sauna, Wi-fi was good. I would stay here again … Safe Travels!

Doesn't have an attached restaurant (as advertised) and the cleaning lady had used the sink as an ashtray — and forgotten to drain it before we checked in. Otherwise, "it's okay".
