Wifi isn’t compatible with the most popular phone on the planet. Complete joke. If it wasn’t so late I would go somewhere else for sure. I’m in Saskatoon all the time for work and I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN.

Great place to stay. And cheap too.

I stayed here out of convenience, as the event I was attending was being held at the RIV next door. I have never really ever given a bad review, but I wasn't overly impressed with this place. It was way to hot in the rooms and you weren't able to open the window as there was no turn handle. I couldn't call the front desk for any assistance, as the phone didn't work at all. They basically didnt have any towels in the room and the floor was filthy as well as the furniture. I will not stay here again and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Clean but small room, and air conditioner was quite noisy (had to turn it off at night). Convenient location and close to restaurants. Friendly staff.

Hole in the ground. Entire upstairs stunk of cigarette smoke. Floors not vacuumed. Blood on bathroom Matt. Bathroom counter was damaged with beach. Room was hot as hell even with rad off. Could not open window to cool off as it was screwed shut. A. C. Eventually worked but was so loud I had to turn it off. Beware!

The good: — relatively cheap — comfortable bed The bad: — the carpets weren't vacuumed and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom — my room was freezing — the thermostat was broken — at around 2 am the building got very loud — Wi-Fi was painfully slow Overall I had a terrible sleep this place did not serve its purpose.

Great service staff, they got me the very last room possible as I was driving in and were gracious enough to hold it for me. The room was comfy and clean. The attached restaurant was surprisingly delicious! Would definitely recommend staying there.

Sketchy on the outaide, nice on the inside. Honestly tho, it was way more than we expected, free breakfast? Cheap price? Clean rooms? Why not.

We were at the riv for a fundraiser. It was a build your own burger, not the standard steak night fare, It was great! The room was clean, had good atmosphere, and friendly staff. It is a great choice for a small event.

Quiet, accommodated us a day early and also put us on ground floor, which was good when your a smoker!

Not a bad place. The price is right. The staff were decent to us. There are vending machines for drinks and snacks. The bed was fairly comfortable. There is television although some channels are blocked or not on the list. Decent stay.

I think its ok place. My sheets were clean. Room was decent. Wish didn't have to Smoke outside. No complaints.

This was the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had.
We had checked in and just got settled in our room, which was not a nice room at all to begin with. I started to pull back the blankets and sheets only to find a long black hair stuck between the sheets and blankets.
I called the front desk and explained to them what had happened. We were moved to a nicer room at my request, which I agreed to pay more for something nicer and cleaner. We had just got settled again. I started checking the beds through and you guessed it more long black hair stuck in between the bedding.
I then immediately called front desk, explaining myself again and requesting all new clean bedding.
The next day on our way home after this unsettling nightmarish experience the manager calls and apologizes. He promised to comp us on our next stay in their executive suite. I thought that was nice. However to date this has not happened yet and this was back in March of this year!
Honestly I would reconsider staying here at all again, ever!

Stayed at this place for about 10 minutes until I noticed all the stains on the bed sheets. I called the staff and notified them of the uncleanliness they came and looked at the stains and also said that it was disgusting. We checked out right after that and will never go back. We didn't even get offered a refund on the room. We left right away and stayed at the sandman. Do not stay here!

Recently stayed 1 night and rooms were very clean, and very quiet. Staff is very friendly. Good price. Definitely will stay there again:)

Old place. Wi-Fi connection was horrible. No guest laundry. Washroom in the room is outdated. Would not recommend.

The worst hotel/motel experience I've ever had. Couldn't open window (cause they afraid you'll smoke) but what if there is a fire? Very disappointed. Very rude staff as well.

Counter girl was amazing, she sad it's ok to pay cash for everything, did not have to use credit card.

Stayed here in late August with my mother while we were travelling to Manitoba. The room was clean and the staff friendly. I especially appreciated the always available coffee in the lobby. The only downside was that I left the AC/USB charger for my e-reader behind and when I contacted them they promptly looked in to it. It was found and I was called back promptly and assured it would be mailed to me. After 4 phone calls to check on the status of this, first on the 11th of September, second on the 25th of September, third on the 2nd of October and, finally, the fourth call on the 9th of October, my device arrived home. It took 52 days in total from first contact. Canada Post was also slow. The package was postmarked the 7th of October and arrived at my home on the 18th, eleven days to travel from Saskatoon, SK to Chemainus, BC. So, double check and make sure you don't leave anything behind.

If you're looking for fancy, you probably shouldn't stay in any "motor inn. " However, this one really isn't as bad as some of the other reviews made it sound. I had to stay here because for some reason all of Saskatoon was booked, and I booked online. I don't recommend this on short notice, as my request never actually went through. When I called to check, one desk person reassured me my rooms would be available, but the next day, my name wasn't in the system. Regardless, the desk girl gave me two better rooms for the same price, just for the trouble. The rooms were clean and stocked with essentials. The AC didn't work in my room but they kindly brought me a fan. Wi-Fi was excellent. Flat screen TVs. Final verdict: great staff, average motel. A bit overpriced but good in a pinch.
