The customer service of this hotel is very poor my hospital appointment and cancelled I wanted to enter rather to my room and I am charged an additional $60 as my reservation was not made directly with the hotel but with expedited as we are in full lockdown I should wait in my car until 4pm or 6 hours of time… the situation was settled by hotel at no cost.

Very clean, charming and quiet place. Health guidelines are well respected. The staff is professional and smiling, a real favorite for Virginie who is on the other with the customers. Delicious breakfast. Coffee shop available in the hotel with different cafes, better than in many places. Everything was perfect, we will go back.

We loved our relaxation stay. Nice welcome, the room was clean, the bed hugely comfortable and your staff very knowledgeable and welcoming. In addition, we loved that Paus spa was attached to the complex so as not to have to leave the building. Just wow for our beautiful first experience!

Highly recommend this hotel if visiting the Fjords de Saguenay. Great place to wind down after visiting the sights. Loved the wine vending machines!

By far the place where I was best received. Honestly, everything is perfect, the reception, the room, the restaurant, the staff… Everything is incredibly great!

Beautiful hotel, clean spacious room. Comfortable beds. I find the chilled wine dispensary a unique addition on every floor. I had trouble printing off the mac computers in the business center but the manager was very helpful and printed my business related documents at the front desk off his computer. Awesome service. I ordered dinner in off the tablets in the room. It came at the time I requested and was perf t eating temperature. I would recommend this hotel to my colleagues and friends.

deluxe room. Majestic entrance / restaurant/bar of luxury with a reasonable price… swimming Pool / gym / distributor in the wine on the floors (reasonable price) / place internet in the lobby. Wii-fi and I could go on… plus breakfast is included, with a very large selection (Very surprising)
Really the PERFECT place for your vacation in Saguenay… to Have had the chance to do several other hotels, this one deserves to be at the prime of my list and far on the 2nd.

There are no superlatives convincing enough to tell you how perfect this hotel is in every way. From the moment we welcome, we are served like kings! The cleanliness, amenities, exemplary quality of the beds and services in the room are exceptional. We were only there for one night to see a bit of the corner of the Saguenay and the show of the Fabulous but really… if it was possible to give a 6 star! That would be the case! Thank you… and see you next… That's for sure!

Super hotel, excellent room, very good staff, gym top of the range with swimming pool and indoor spa and not to forget the scrumptious buffet included in the morning. Just looking forward that it opens the new outdoor spa with thermal experience full to come… We even eat at the Boefish, a gourmet restaurant part of the hotel with a 3-course dinner with Lobster for only$ 30.00 a… yes yes Just WOW! Nice place with lots of staff. Large selection of steak cuts to choose from. Have to try the tomahawk steak, $125 but you can eat it between 3 people.

Beautiful hotel, expansive gym and pool. Breakfast was the best "free" I've ever had at a hotel: eggs to order, fresh bread and pastry, Starbucks coffee, and lots of fresh fruit.

This is a first class brand new hotel in Saguenay. Grand reception hall, friendly staff, well supplied room, there is even an iPad and a comfortable bed. The shower is fabulous and the free breakfast very complete. The benchmark for the region.

Well located. Rooms are spacious and provides everything someone would need for a few day long stay. Parking is adequate.

A big favorite for this new hotel. Several projects are underway such as the restaurant and spa and already it's excellent. The service is exceptional. The design of the rooms, the configuration, the choice of sheets, the products offered in the bathroom, everything was chosen with precision. A very affordable hotel with a high-end service offer. I can't wait to go back.

An excellent stay during my visit to Chicoutimi. The rooms are very nice, the beds are so comfortable and the pillows too! I'll have been sparing all day. Breakfast is excellent, very good and the service is impeccable.
The only downside… my neighbors who arrived around 22:00, 2 adults, 2 children, whom I heard in the corridor and they occupied the room next to me… they were very noisy until about midnight so… very disturbed sleep. I was in room 324.

Comfortable bed, heated floor in the bathroom! WoW! Swimming pool very warm, breakfast is included brunch hot! Towels soft and entrance hall beautiful! Thank you, we will come back surely!
