The hotel Hilton in Laval is great clean good service very friendly.

The staff were extremely accommodating, very clean throughout the hotel. Rooms… are a dream! Fantastic!

Clean, friendly staff, modern vibe. There were always people in the lobby and hallways, which was a little annoying but nothing anyone can do about noisy guests. The Honors lounge food was decent, nothing overly amazing for breakfast, but lots of random options. But we were grateful for the plethora of water bottles and other drinks. We’d happily stay again!

Nice and sparkling clean hotel. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant and a club lounge (access is by the type of room you have). The first or ground floor has a laundry and locker room, a big "convenience store" and a lounge. The hotel is off the high way. Really clean hotel and comfortable mattress.

I recently stayed here for my wedding. Most of the staff treated me like a celebrity. The ones that didn’t treated me like royalty. The rudest person I met only said hello how are you congratulations Once every time they saw me. The girls at the front desk were so excited to see me in my wedding dress and in the end I found they were such a nice part of this whole experience. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The beds were so soft and comfortable. They provided space for all of my family to feel comfortable and happy. I can never recommend this hotel enough. If you’re getting married in the Laval area, this has to be your hub!

Comfortable stay. Convenient location to shops and food. All issues are fixed quickly if they can do it. Gym equipment was nice. Pool was cold. Hot tub was big and nice but closed too early.

Great staff. Magnificent Ambiance. Very clean inside and outside. Lots of parking. Surrounded by shops and full of history. Restaurants and fast foods along the strip with several delivery options. Not too far from the heart of downtown and mountain views; I chose to drive and sightsee ea. Day. Wonderful city to visit. Downtown was a blast.

I love Hilton. It is reasonable price and free parking. It also has lounge at the first floor next to restaurant. But when you want to have breakfast at the restaurant, you need to pay $3 per each person even you are diamond member. It was very busy and I could not find towel in the swimming pool. It is not organized well. But you can use shuttle to subway. It is 20min far from Saint. Breakfast is not good, but lounge is available for 24hour and unlimited beverage.

Very high quality, very comfortable and the employees are very courteous! I highly recommend! Great place to organize an event.

My cousins stayed here. We ate at the restaurant the first night. Loved the food and the drinks. Everything was well priced. There's a mini store by the reception, and there's also a lounge area.

Very friendly staff. They were very accommodating when I arrived early in the morning. Convenient but pricy restaurant in hotel. Big selection of snacks at convenience store. Rooms are standard. Clean and well furnished.

Great location, Great hotel but room amenities are pretty old. Almost no entertainment channels on TV, mostly just news. For 2 day stay it isn't bad.

Great place to stay, clean, great breakfast. Close to Mirabel airport. A little distant from downtown attractions, but workable. Free parking.

Our stay here was well above average. The room was clean and very comfortable and the service level from every staff member we encountered was outstanding.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was closed for a portion of the time we were there. Front desk didn't mention it. Also, breakfast buffet needs work. We ate elsewhere the 2nd morning.

Awsome staff, the VIP room is really clean, food is delicious, rooms are clean. Only bad thing is that it's not well isolated. Ice in the windows (inside) and we could hear EVERYTHING in the hallway. It kept our kids awake. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Nice newly renovated hotel! The onsite restaurant offers excellent meals! Very close to the shopping centre and the Centropolos. Small grocery store on site very convenient!

Very clean, free parking, restaurant, bar, cordial welcome, fitness pool and whirlpool. Very good but two small downsides it is very close to Highway 15 so a bit noisy and the pool would need maintenance.

Quality: A-1. Resto: Good. Personal: Suuuupère. My only disappointment is that there is no sauna or steam bath and that the shower to rinse on the man side before/after sauna, does not work well at all… when I pass. The pool was out of use. In large, very appreciable.

The beds are more comfortable than at home, serious! That was nice! The hotel seems to be in a middle of modernisation. The common areas are very nice, clean, modern. The rooms too, have nice furnishing, plumbing fixtures. But some upgrades are still needed. Like changing doors. Overall very good hotel!

Awesome rooms and service, breakfast is not served but they have a restaurant inside. The doors slam super loudly which was super annoying when everyone was opening and closing doors. Other than that the hotel was super nice.

Warm welcome, comfort is well there as in all Hilton. That's a sure bet!

Nosiy from the highway right outside but lovely rooms and great service.

The staff at the front desk are really helpful and nice. The room are beautiful and modern. The only thing I didn't really like is the fact that the hotel is right by the highway and we can hear the traffic through the windows. They are renovating the jacuzzi and the fitness center, therefore they gave us free access to the one in Sheraton hotel meanwhile.

Close to any city centre at 25 minutes and the Laurentians at 25 minutes and more.

Very clean and tidy room. Very humble staff. Swimming pool is little small otherwise no issues. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. We are really enjoying our stay.

They have undergone an extensive renovation since I stayed there last year. The decor update is nice and modern. I did notice that the nightly rate had gone up quite a bit ($30), not sure if we were getting a better Corporate rate in the past or if its just up overall. The hotel is beside a highway so if you are someone who likes to sleep with your window open, request a room on the parking lot side. With the window closed you do not hear the traffic, it's very quiet. I like the addition of a small store where you can purchase items you may have forgotten at home, as well as a few light meals. It's not cheap but, convenience is typically not. My French language skills are almost nonexistent, which is not a problem at this hotel, all staff spoke excellent English and they do not make you feel uncomfortable. Overall, it's a nice place to stay and location was great for me. There is a fabulous mall on the other side of the overpass.

Hotel experience was great. This is the third year in a row using this hotel, and this year it has updated rooms. The bed was comfy and the bathrooms were nicely redone. Price was fair, even for an event weekend.

DO NOT STAY THIS HOTEL! I am sure that I just tried connect my USB to watch pictures, however they charged me as movie watching and DEFINITELY THE 3RD COMPANY IS LYING THE INFORMASTION! I will officially complain to your HHonors who does not believe customer words against IT system company. It is sincerely profound unfortunate and disappointed with this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Room was always clean and the service was great. The area has a large mall nearby as well as many restraunts, a movie theater and high end shopping.

Good service however I did get charged a fee for a 1min local phone call which should be free in my opinion.

I tried to book a day for a weekend we me OLBLIGE of stay "2 days what out team of marketing is that it's disgusting! "

What the hell is the phone number but yes it is excellent.
