Mati was very helpful with all the accommodations, even getting me a fan because of me having tinnitus, and a fan helps me sleep.
Jennifer was very attentive at the breakfast buffet. She knew by day 2, I like bacon, so she always cooked some fresh bacon for me at the breakfast buffet. A fun place to stay. I recommend for anyone traveling through.

Didn't even get to step into our room. After check in, we went to our room only to walk in on another couple who the hotel had already booked the room for. Pretty embarrassing situation, but ultimately very disconcerting, and scary to know this kind of mix up can happen at this hotel. The other couple mentioned to us the hotel also apparently makes you pay per day, every day, even if you are staying for more than one day. Cleaning crews are at work late at night. At this point we took our things and walked away. This hotel caters to a certain group, but not for romantic weekend getaways, and definitely not for families.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights in a "quadruple standard" room with two queen beds. The room was pretty nice. The hotel overall was clean and quite. The location was also very convenient as it is walking distance to the metro. My only complaints are: 1) the Wi-Fi is very slow. 2) there were not many electrical plugs in the room. 3) there are not many tables in the room to put bags and things on. Overall, I was very happy and would be happy to stay there again in the future.

Clean, nice rooms. Also very affordable w/ fast Wi-Fi & breakfast. The staff were very helpful as well.

Nice room but a big improvement on staff thrust toward client is needed (went for a sieste and decided to spend the night … even if they had my driver licence I ended up to get dress in the midle of the nigh to go pay the price diffrence witch is really bad after they woke me up to begin with) will go back if I can t find any other place since the price was 200 $ a night and I din t like the fact that I had to thrust them with my id but they din t thrust me with paying the rest of the night … I an not sure if its actualy legal to ask to hold on my drivers licence would be curious to know if any one know about this let me know with a link to verify the info please …

BEDBUGS**** BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE **** *Bedbugs** bad customer service My husband and I spent 2 nights at this hotel and we left with bedbugs and had to santize all our stuff. It took us so long to get rid of them. THEY WERE EVEN BITTING ME IN MY FACE! We went out after our first night there and when we came back they locked us out of the room with all our stuff inside. It was crazy. When I went to speak to the front desk staff they were very rude about it. Honestly, we were on a budget and that is why we even decided to go after reading the reviews. Believe the reviews on here! The rooms are just as they show on the pictures and breakfast in the morning is good, the chef is extremely nice!

Stayed in a standard room. Was quite small and dark though it appear to be clean and well kept and well maintained. Bathroom was clean.

If I could rate zero stars I would, not only was our room ridiculously filthy there were still belongings from a previous client, urine all over the bathroom floor, mirrors and silver obvious things that one would clean to atleast look superficially clean were covered in god knows what, when asked for a quick retouch they told us we will refund you, you dont have to stay… the receptionist refused to serve us all night and continued through out the night in a odd manner saying we had to pay for ice, ammenities and towels when confroted after we had enough the supervisor and housekeeper appologized and said "shes always like that" very unprofessional and honestly just sucked to be treated that way. Theres so many other chamblis and chambrols trust me get your moneys worth else where.

In my humble opinion this is a "screw" hotel. Small room, you have to order the remote control for the TV. Average cleanliness (hair in the bath) smell of pot in the hallway. Spray of weak showers and one could not put the water very hot. The staff with the exception of a young man were cold see beast. The Wi-Fi wasn't coming home!
The most, heated floor, near a subway station a lot of TV station.
Short at $200 the night for us it's a pu ever!

My experience: corporate — my room smelled of cigarettes, there was a leftover cigarette ash and a wet morning towel. Why not put on sensors?
They compensated me with another room but I really insisted. (after seeing on the premises) — no key or magnetic card to enter the hotel for safety (on the sides) even worse, the room # is listed on the key.
— The sound of the rooms is to be improved really, the windows must be doubled, I was on the 2nd and I almost did not sleep even with plugs, I waited outside and my neighbor from the top.
— The pillow heads are placed in an unhygienic way as they all know that the comforters are washed a few times a year. (head pillows below the comforter) — the floor of my 2nd room was dirty see photo — it should not put the lunch provided, they even have no table and chair (customer expectations management) — my check out, the employee called with a C B by saying to check if everything was correct. With a credit card we can do without this distrust not tasteful, especially corporate workers.
In summary, the renovations were done with good intentions but the rules of the basics that I talked about are not to neglect. This hotel is not suitable for corporates but more for parties. The prestigious image does not live up to what it should especially about the price.

Hotel rooms were updated and look nice. I first had a room on the first floor that was stinking of old tobacco smoke. When I asked to change rooms, the receptionist was very kind and got me a nice room on the second floor. Breakfast was copious and good choice if foods. Very convenient parking.

Big mirror in room was definitely for a purpose, there was no pole in my room but there were in others. No shelf to put anything on in the shower, no plug near the bed. Probably all by design. Been in better, been in worse. Reasonable price for the time of year.

$285/nuit for a regular size room with a queen bed. Very expensive for what you get. Not even in a nice part of Montreal. Check in through thick glass; not very welcoming. Had to wait 20 min because the room wasn't ready at 5 pm. Personnel is not very friendly. Room itself is ok. Modern. However, there is no desk, no bathroom door, no place to put anything near the sink, plugs are not easily accessible, no alarm clock. And room smelled like cigarettes. In short: I'll never stay there again.

First the clerk is protected by a thick window… Really? I had to pay upfront and feel like I should have made some more research before booking there. 2 stars for the suite with a dancing pole. Definitely the kind of place to bring your mistress for a quickie. Do yourself a favor. Sleep in your car.

Hotel Chablis was easy to drive to. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were excellent at answering questions. And the complamentry breakfast was wonderful.

The staff and service is great however our room didn't have any separation between the bedroom and toilet. Considering how expensive it was I expect to have some privacy in the bathroom.

Paid $400 after tax for the second largest room in the hotel, for one night. The rooms look much bigger in the photos however they were still nice. The hotel is a little older. The free breakfast they talk about shouldn't even really be advertised. It was pretty bad. A few of the lights weren't working in our room, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and there was a screw on the ground. Just little things that you thought you wouldn't come across after paying so much for one night. Limited parking. Biggest thing was that the room smelled SO SO SO Much like smoke. We sprayed a room spray a bunch of times but it was over powering.

For $145/night for 2 queen beds 1 room, I would say this is amazing. Very clean room, perfect space, great location, and the included breakfast and free parking is great. My only issue is the Wi-Fi is not as fast as expected. Other than that, it's a great place to stay.

Nice hotel with really nice prices. The hotel is a few minutes from downtown Montreal, which was very convenient. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but since they already had our room ready, they let us check-in a few hours early. The staff was friendly and informative. We didn't know much French, but the staff seemed more than willing to communicate with us in English. Very clean facilities and a very comfortable room! If you are looking for a great place to stay and you don't want to spend a lot, I would recommend this place!

Pretty good location, located right next to a metro and some stores within a 10 min walk. Clean room overall.

Beautiful experience. So I go back. Always satisfied. It wasn't the luck of the 1st time.

Smell of cigarettes in corridors of hotel, more like a hotel reserved earlier. No guard dress or furnished to put clothing, 3 hooks on the wall are used to put the laundry. First room they gave me this week, the bed was unmade and the towels were on the ground. The second was done and seemed clean. I consider that this hotel is of questionable taste!. Will I go back? No. But I guess I had to expect it to $135 taxes included, I'll raise my criteria next time.
